I believe Peter won this one. His cake is very clean, the piping is gorgeous, precise, and his color scheme was right on. The band around the borders was a good choice, gave his cake some accent. I personally am a fan of the European style because they believe in being elegant, yet simple and classy.
I’ve watched the NY and Seattle challenges before this one, and in those, there was easily one clear winner....this at least had 3 pretty great looking cakes, and 1 OK looking one!
Everyone is saying Peter... but I don't agree! I liked his piping alot. But my favorite was the popcorn cake. She put alot of time into those decorations! and I liked the bottom white tier of the cake with the black bow.
I thought it was the most unique, but I liked the look of Peter's better, and didn't he use buttercream, and the only fondant was the drape...right? Anyway, his was classy and elegant looking and the popcorn cake was as cute as can be!
Hobi must be Swiss. You can see it in the technique and simplicity of design. The training in Europe, particularly Switzerland, is phenomenal, starting with an apprenticeship of three to four years.
Peters was more than okay. It was Gorgeous
I love his skill

IKR it is hard to believe that he did all that in one hour
Peter's cake was PERFECTION !
Classic decor!!

Peter and the beautiful classic cake wins!
I like peter's cake, his cake is just outstanding and I love it!
Peter is very talented
the man with the glasses sounds a lot like Dexter! it gave me goosebumps when i first heard him
It does! His voice is a tad bit more nasally than Dexter but it's close
Peters cake was amaizing

The thing about the popcorn cake thing is that she tried to make so much that she didn't have time to perfect all the elements
Her fondant cracked and she didn't redo.

Houston is DRY? Not while I was there! The humidity was HORRID!
Peter won👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😍
Luz Landazury yesssss I loved it too. wanted to eat it.
Im sooooo glad he pointed out how trash fondant truly is! People look at you crazy when you say you don't like it!
Peter is the winner he did all that in one hour if it was me I’m gonna need more than 5 hours to make it look like that
Peter wins!
Liked watching Bobby and Peter as they applied their artistry/craft to their cakes. Both winning designs! The women were way too awkward.
your hotdog looks good
I have a thing about using your sweaty palm to press down on a cake. Use some parchment paper or something.
jage- Hush! You are never going to eat any of these cakes.
Did he say Houston is a dry city?
Wow that is cool
Peter for the win!
EXCELENTE!!
Peter wins :))
Houston is dry?? news to me.
Hobi😏
Buddy Valastro is such a sell out.
peter is talented but his style feels so dated
When one has a classic design like Peters', it is never dated.
Ll
Fondant is so passe' and it tastes like crap.
I agree with you and Peter on that. Usually way to much of it with very little cake. Time to get back to a good butter cream frosting.
