Saket the way you speak is so humble I wish the interviewers that come to take interviews were so humble don't know why are they so egoistic and just don't want to have a healthy discussion on Scrum framework :(
Regarding the first question, I agree with your Saket. In addition to that, the basic principle is commitment towards Sprint Goal instead Sprint backlog.
This was another very insightful video. Thank you. Could I suggest a future video about HOW TO TRANSITION to a product manager role from another career OR how to get started in thus career. The entry/ transition is frustrating as experience seems to always be required to get these jobs..
For a coach the relationship distance 'I' and 'we' defines the real success. It's not your problem, it's team's problem. Saket was politely trying to highlight that.
I need an answer how do we define the sprint cycle if we are new to the project .. Technical debt should be given story points .. ? and last how can we demo tech story to user
Yes there are many, the basic one to start with can be ICP-ACC, later on you can think of doing CTC / CEC from Scrum Alliance. You can find details of our ICP-ACC sessions at www.izenbridge.com/certified-agile-coach-icp-acc/virtual/
@@rashmisrivastava9587 do you see these certificates asked in your target job? if yes they help, if not than not, i am not sure if someone get increase in salary just because of certificate since i belive salary is a complex function of many variables
