Thank you very much for this very helpful video. My 65 inch onn TV started working again. There was only one difference, when I disconnected the ribbon cable on the right side, half of the screen turned white, and when I disconnected the left side from the T-con, nothing happened. In video, you had at least half the picture. Desperately, I started trial and error with tape and randomly covering a series of connectors on the right ribbon cable until I saw the complete image, but the quality was not good, and lines were also visible, and the light on the upper left corner of the screen was increasing and decreasing. . In short, I think that I only covered the connector number 15 or 16, the picture came back great and now the TV is working without any problems.
I just want to thank you, because this video really helped me fix my tv when I had the exact same issue, it just now started working again as a matter of fact. I got to the part of the video where half of your screen was working 7:26 and decided to try that and see if anything changed and it did, so I unplugged both ribbon cords and plugged them back in and tried it. The tv turn back on and it was all white but I could still see the Home Screen, so I figured I’d just live with it until I got a new one and as it was running the video got better and clearer. So thank you again for helping figure something out. The only downside to this is there’s a, I wanna say 4 inch, dark bar on the far left but I can live with it until I get a new tv. Again Thank You so much for the help and the info in the video!
Thank you same problem and after process of elimination with the tape trick I just needed to cover the first pin for the clock check with tape and got the best clear no lines perfect picture, thank you for this detailed diagnosis.
I've taken the back off of all my TVs and drilled holes and installed a noctua NF-A14 140mm 5v fan. Some on Amazon come with a usb adapter. Most TVs have atleast one 5v 0.5amp USB output. You plug the fan into the TVs USB port. You dont have to get noctua you can get AC infinity they come with USB. Literally have never had a TV issue. 99% of TV issues is overheating components.
Your resets will return your volume all the way down so you can't even hear the menu navigation beeps. Just use your remote and turn the volume all the way back up.
Those clock signals simply identify the makeup of a pixel in the circuit to which they're assigned. In other words, it tells a pixel what position it should be in, what color it should be, how long it should be there, how bright it should be and so on. If the clock circuit is bad, those pixels will simply be invalid.
This video helped! Tried the tape trick through trial and error but nothing worked, i ended up taking tape off and unplugging and plugging back in both sides of the connections and voila it works again! Still dont understand it lol

I need to know where to find the correct replacement ribbon cables.
Thanks. I unplugged my TV cord and it did the trick..
Had a similar issue with a scepter 4k turned on all the way and had lines at the bottom and flickering but i think its the mainboard
Actually you have a bad power board, yes turns on but it has a short somewhere and won't show the picture, seen this many times with these models.
How do I know which part I need. My tv is a 55” onn Roku tv.

What could be the problem for this type tv if someone spilled some coffee on the top left side
Thanks 😊 This worked for my tv. 👍🏽
Thank you for this video I’m trying to fix my tv, my brother came over and the screen turned white while he watched a movie 😂
Did this tap trick and it caught on fire 😂 well that confirms I need a new tv haha
Worked perfectly❤
check power board for bad capacitors (bulging top) dont buy a new board just swap out the capacitor.
You never said where you got the part from
Perhaps from de manufacturer
Also if this were in my area people would have been asking like $200 for this TV in the non working condition.
Where is the area at
@@ricardopuente2655 Twin Cities. Seems like everything on FB marketplace and other places is way overpriced.
@@ricardopuente2655they must not be too smart because brand new one cost $230 😂
This actually worked !
Keep up the great work
Tv is flickering
It’s the power board
CVK short
