  • We've been patiently waiting for 40 days while our homemade Nocino develops. Today, we're adding sugar and straining it into bottles. Although it still needs some time to age, we're eager to move forward with the next step. Once it's had a few months to mature, it'll be perfectly smooth and delicious. We can't wait to enjoy it during the chilly winter months.
