Thanks for your video I found it useful! I never heard about collapsible cup for hot drinks and compression bags, that's cool.
I'm curious how do you grow some of your plants, I'm trying to grow some herbs because I can grow only indoors. My country doesn't have much sunlight and I'm a beginner so I hoped that herbs would be able to survive but I keep getting these annoying little flies around ( I heard you can use some chemicals against them but maybe there are some other ways you can help your plants?

Thank you so much for watching my video and I'm so happy you enjoyed it! The compression bags are so good!
I grow my food only in the summertime here in Canada. It gets too cold and dark here in the winter for me to grow them indoors, even herbs. Grow lights can help if you live in a dark climate. As for flies you could use diluted neem oil and spray it on the soil so the larvae doesn't grow. I hopethis helps :)

Hey Love your videos but at 4:00 i noticed you mentioned the balm you can use for Sunburns and, please don't the ingredients insulates the skin and keeps moister right outside the second layer of the skin wail it may look good it can leave the area getting hotter witch can exasperate long turn UV radiation damage and can put you at risk for infection and let me tell you I've seen nurses having to clean infected sunburns its not cute. Aloe Vera or even just a ice cold towel is the best for a sunburn.
love your sustainability tips but also keep yourself safe
