I am 80 and had my stroke in December 2022 which took out all of the right side of my body which and as I am naturally right handed I to retrain to do every with my left hand. Its been a difficult time Terry is right saying don't give up, be positive and you will get there..I still have a way to go, i have good family support and the physios are the best.
Man that's very motivational. I had strok about 3 months ago and yes everything seems to have changed, now regards of trying to be on good diets that helps, i still have very poor appetite. I have been eating all th vegetables and do everything. Someone please share with me how they overcame a similar situation
He looks very young to have had a stroke. Wonder what caused it. My husband had one last week, they think it was caused by AFib. (Atrial Fibrillation of the heart). He's older in his 60s. Good luck to Terry.
