i could totally watch a whole raw footage or a livestream of your process, it's really impressive! :) this inspires me to do a behind the scenes video myself. i just really admire the human part of art
Thanks! Honestly I’m hesitant about a livestream because I’m not a multi-tasker at all, so I wouldn’t know how to interact while working. But I’ve actually got longer, less edited versions of this tutorial and the paper crumple transition tutorial on my Patreon channel. I didn’t think the longer format or unedited tutorials is what people here on YT were looking for. I’ll take a poll and if there’s enough interest maybe I’ll share one here next.
thank you for making this! i really appreciate all the effort you put into sharing your techniques through videos like these-i’ve been building a playlist FULL of animation tips (stop motion, traditional , and general animation techniques) and your videos are definitely a big part of it. for a while, i’ve been wanting to make longform videos that still incorporate the paper stop motion style + my branding, so this’ll be perfect :)
You’ve got such a kinetic mixed-media style- I can’t wait to see what you come up with for branding your channel! And thanks for letting me know you’re finding my videos helpful, it fuels my fire to keep sharing more of my craft.
Hehe, thanks- I’ll always have a preference for that original one, but I wanted to make some tutorials and ideas that could be more universally applied to others’ logos
Thank you for this! I love the level of balanced concise but detailed advice.
Hey there, you're very welcome! I tried to keep this one concise but I'm all for whichever way helps others follow along the best.
@PaperBrain this was concise, but good detail to understand the process. Like, that little cut before ripping, that level of detail is important.
This is really cool . Thanks for sharing
Thanks! I hope to see you upload some more stop motion animations!

Theese are definitely more better that your original logo animation. (The one where the brain is pulled out of the guy's head.)
