What kind of grease do you recommend for plunger cup in between replacement just to keep it lubricated well?

Axle grease (synthetic) is what comes with a new cup, but I use petroleum jelly, it's thinner and seems to lubricate a little better.

I roll my leather cup in a solo cup with 1/4" of used motor oil.

Great video! However, my cable seems stuck. All my packing nuts came out no problem. I got through all the steps and the cable is holding me up now. I don't know the model number or year mine was produced. It is a B&G though. Anyways, very informative. 9/10 stars!!!
