  • 25 videos over 25 days of December. 25 different videos covering my considerations, difficulties, changes and practicalities for December.
December is the trickiest month in the year as so many things change around me, as well as societal wants, family get togethers, changes to spending etc., and it isn't easy. But whereas I am an adult who never shuts up, it is easy for me to say those things that are a personal concern, and other concerns people have reached out and shared.
So I wanted to share them with you too, so the festive time can be tolerated by all, and not to the detriment of others.

Exactly! That’s when I get stomach churning anxiety, I’m 55, diagnosed at 50, and remember those times since I was 4 years old. Thank you so much for your posts, I find them very reassuring.

No problem Lola, and I know what you mean having those feelings held from childhood

Couldn't have said it better myself, just want to be included in things (then it's my choice what to do) but it should be fine to go away if it gets too much. Really liked your point about people just listening to us if we have a difficulty in something, would probably fix a lot of everyday issues.

I've found it's very hard for people to hear when they have a bias based off their view. Also something I had to go through yesterday proves people only listen when it suits them. Imagine if we had that luxury!

Thanks for your insights Paul. I hope you feel like you are being heard sometimes now! Some times it just feels like there are too many holes in my colander!
