Now you can finally go to work.
100% Right. You're already seeing fruit rotting on the trees in Ca. Construction sites empty. People aren't going to know what hit them as the immigrant purge continues. Couple that with a trade war and Trump's unhinged nature. Recession cometh and that right soon.
We will have to pay Americans a little bit more, if our economic model depended on indentured servitude (slavery) than the onus is on us to move away from that economic model. Future Mexicans will thank us for giving back their dignity.
How are they paying federal taxes if they aren’t legal? They work for cash under table
@@hunterscott5836 Not true at all. Immigrants of all legal statuses pay state, fed and local taxes. They're taken directly from their paychecks just like everyone else. Which is why they benefit the economy more than you. They pay into the system but collect zero social security, and most benefits.
I'm an 80 year old widow on a fixed income. And my friends are seniors also. Three guesses what we think about the economy! Everything costs more already! Drug prices are higher! How can you possibly think thats good?

@@usntheboy1Biden lowered the inflation rate by a factor of 3
Biden passed legislation to lower prescription prices for Medicaid and Medicare. Also cap insulin. Trump repealed them both. Trump also wants to go after the ACA and SS. He plans on lowering taxes for billionaires like himself and corporations. Trump promised lower prices then just started a trade war with Canada, China, Mexico. Brace yourself for higher food prices because Canada gives us 60% of our oil. So getting goods to market will cost more. Most our produce comes from Mexico in the winter so those prices will rise as well. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Hopefully you didn't vote for Reps. They only care about your vote, not your health.
@@usntheboy1 He did. He expanded the ACA which insured the most Americans in our history. He capped the cost of insulin at $35. Trump repealed that because he LOVES being a lap dog for big Pharma. What part of the economy plan is good?
Exactly. He has no real plan.
Everything is good
Increasing the domination of the few massive oligopolies and inhibit the evolution of alternative energy. And in doing so, lessening competition, decreasing innovation, and increasing greedflation and stagnation, as it the way of the current American pseudo-capitalism. To give the shareholders ownerships of almost-monopolies with eternal increases in yields and earnings. So to boost the trickling down of the economy’s money into the black whole of wealth!
Yay (says the oligarchs)!
At least until China-or a market with well regulated capitalism, boosting competition and innovation-suddenly appear with way better and cheaper products and services. A main reason to the implementation of Trump’s tariffs: To protect the oligopolies from all competition. And not (only) to “bring manufacturing home” or to put geopolitical pressure on other nations. Or even less for the reason to level unfair competition that harms domestic salaries, labour conditions, environmental concerns, consumer safety, etc… the reason to have tariffs in an actual capitalist economy.

Hopefully tariffs will teach Americans a much-needed lesson.
One thing you can say, whether which side you sit on, Trump is a pain in the neck. A real chaotic kind of guy.
Trump should relax a bit. Investors don’t like to be whipsawed. This volatility will spook investors.
Gee you think? Let's not forget his shutting down Medicaid, Headstart, insurance for 70+m Americans. His lies about the wildfires. His lies about DEI causing the crash of a plane. Btw, he passed DEI legislation for air traffic controllers in 2019 so the person he's accusing of causing the accident would be him.
He's unhinged, stupid and irrational, and those are his best qualities.

Time to put your money on the sidelines. This administration's like a bad girlfriend or boyfriend; we all had one of those relationships. Every day, it's always a problem. It's best to put your money away and keep it away from this bothersome relationship. Every day you're worried if you're going to lose money or make money; it's not worth the trouble at this time. Keep your assets available to invest in other things in the future. It's like a poker hand; you have good cards, but they aren't going to come out on the flop. Then you try to hang on to your cards to the river, placing your bet on a bluff. Just to get beat by someone who doesn't want to give up on pocket twos.
The reality is the only people who are going to lose in the stock market are people who run the stock market. Don't believe that things are going to get better at this time; they're not. Uncertainty is the problem.

What’s crazy about the AI trend is how little people understand. The Deepseek idea might be okay for low level AI, but its reliability is tenuous at best. Also, this is about ChatGPT or other language models. Enhanced AI is more about economy of scale, which most people know zero about. These huge companies investing know much more than the average investor, or even seasoned ones. They are not dropping billions of dollars on a whim. I don’t know what NVDA will do.
