I remember the great meals in the dining cars in the 1960s' it was still like this up to even the 1980s. The Golden arrow from London to Paris was also very luxurious. I used to take it in the 1960s because the planers in the winter were often delayed or even cancelled due to fog.

I would say that many of the photage is even from the 1920 s..this train "Rheingold" was a status connection between the North Sea and Switzerland...
