Hi. As I see on the video, PoE switch is not connected to the router. Do you think, that devices will work, when both devices will be joined together with LAN cable and powered with standard 12V adapter? I have problem, that I have only LAN cable available outdoors, that I can connect devices to each other with LAN cable, but without access to LOCAL LAN (and internet). I have access to wifi only at home. Outdoor device is without wifi coverage. If this will work, what If I connect indoor device to LOCAL LAN (with internet access) via WiFi? It is possible to make HikConnect working on the mobile phone?
How to connect door contact to DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) for alarm and where do we get alarm? There is a provision on DS-KH6320-WTE1 display station and it works giving alarm. But usually door contact wiring is near to door and vedio phone, again multiple outdoor station requires door contact to be connected to phone station as only one door contact alarm can be configured in display.
Hi, do the indoor unit can be powered on using normal adaptor without POE?. so that i can use indoor unit as Plug n play by making outdoor and indoor unit communicate through wifi?
What the error 10200 failed call intercom, the message is: connected timed out. check if the video source ip/ port is correct error code 10200. In the same time lock icon not showing in the device intercom.

Please follow the Below Steps. 1. Install the SADP tool on your Laptop/PC. Connect the screen to the Laptop by Ethernet cable. 2. Open the SADP Tool. Your device will show on the tool. 3. Select the device and Click Forgot Password. 4. There Will be an Oprtion come to export file. 5. Send that file to Hkvision Support Team or to the dealer from you purchased this device. 6. They will reply with an import file. Using that import file, you can reset. SIP Settings will be there. Maybe you are using old firmware. Please update the firmware to the latest version and check. Also you can setup SIP through ivms4200 software.
