Uhhh the downtime is always 25 seconds. It doesnt go down to 5 seconds... "upon reaching max stacks or after the effect ends, this effect cannor occue again for 25 second" that means no matter how long you have the proc up, you still gotta wait 25 seconds for it to proc again
I’m not sure if you’re correct on that. And I say this because other sets, let’s just use grothdarr for example. Has a duration of 5 seconds and a cooldown of 10. When that effect ends, you don’t have to wait 10 seconds again, you just wait the extra 5 because the cooldown timer starts when the set pops. Hence why if you used elf Bane to make grothdarr last longer, you essentially have 100% up Time on it. Sets cooldown timers begin when the effect begin, not when they end
Now this set could function differently, and u may be right. I haven’t noticed different cuz it’s hard to track in game but it feels faster to me when it last longer.
@Barba223 grothdarr says it goes for 5 seconds and can occur every 10 seconds, because it doesn't say something like "effect can occur every 10 seconds after the effect ends" its cooldown starts the moment its porc starts... mechanical however states that upon reaching max stacks or when the effect ends, this effect can't occur within 25 seconds. Meaning we were both wrong actually, I do believe this means mechanical has a downtime of 25 seconds, or if you reach max stacks its cooldown is actually 21 seconds since each stack of mechanical lasts 4 seconds. When you reach max stacks that means you can't get anymore stacks obviously, and as the set states. Upon reaching MAX STACKS or the effect ends, the effect can't occur for another 25 seconds. So as soon as you reach max stacks that 25 second cool down starts and your mechanical will last for 4 seconds. Making the cooldown 21 seconds if you reach max stacks, and 25 seconds if you don't reach max stacks and the effect finally ends. So to wrap it up, I think we were both wrong 😂😂 I think the true cooldown of mechanical is 25 seconds, or 21 seconds if you manage to get 5 stacks

Sorry but this build you can't run solo and you have to hide in the zerg because it will get smoked in Seconds on his own. No crit res, no damage medigation, no res.
@@Barba223 don't get me wrong i don't want to Attack your build. I just say when you cross someone that knows a bit what he is doing with a half proper build you will have problems. I live in PVP and a build like this is a gift and in special for gankers. Also pls don't miss understand me i don't say you should make a tank bot build out of it like all this to scared to die Kids but it needs at least some kind of def because your heals and shields aren't enough against this damage output this days
@shotgun3847 I know what ur saying but I really never have an issue on this build. I don’t think I’ve ever died in a 1v1 that I remember. I typically play Magden anyways but the shields on Arcanist or just easy mode

Small group you could use magma incarnate and maybe drop one of the flex spots for regen or something

I literally run this build alone and do fine tbh. I don’t play much cyro cuz it’s dead mostly IC and BGs
