Just trade the 1% gap up at the open with a stop loss ; in my opinion it will be more profitable ( try with a 500.00 $ ) easy to get 10 -20 % and with luck you can get a 50 -100 %...
@@gingerbread6134 I've been burned a few times trading gap up at the open. However, I was a less experienced trader back then and may have traded the wrong stock. I'll watch for the gap ups and try again. I love that I'm growing as a trader and constantly evaluating my strategy and making changes for the better.
I did the 2 week trial. a month ago, right as i got hit with work and slammed during the day. Was not able to really benefit and see all the ins and outs! He was giving a training class and at the beginning of the class he mentioned his academic credentials; e.g. he had a degree in engineering and a PhD in mathematics (or maybe it was engineering as well). In any event, after listing all of his academic achievements he promptly noted that they were all worthless as it pertains to taking money out of the market consistently.
stepped it up to 1000 dollars for 2 trades today and got 20% on one and 40% on the other. I stepped it back down to my normal 100 cause i didnt want to give it back and basically broke even the rest of the day.. grateful for my luck but wish i could get better consistency.

TGL is going insane got in at 1.07 with 2500 shares got out a lil earlier at 1.22. it then gets halted to the upside i prepare 2nd order get in at 1.18 got out at 1.34 i know i am getting out early but i have a small account I can't take any high risks
I started with 1 share position at the beginning of the month. Last week, I started using 3 shares, and scaled out if the stock was still moving up. Day one of this was a train wreck trying to get used to it, but once I got through the learning curve, I find that I get a bigger part of the move than I would have otherwise, and letting one ride at the end leaves me much less fomo. I plan to scale this approach as I increase my position sizes in the future. 😊
Another great video. Yes, the 2008 "great recession" was pretty bad but the early 80's was the mother of all recessions. I graduated from college in 1981 and the prime rate was about 17%. Literally no jobs, not even McDonald's was hiring.
UG, scarry morning this morning, first few trades put me 1800 red but then I made it all back and went 1800 Green on TGL. I felt satisfied and done with the market and walked. I hope everyone else did ok, or the pain was small and a lesson was learned. That first stock, that I went neg on, (Broke my own rule again and forgot to check float it was at 60m, actually i was barely checking my check list. Paid 1800 to remind myself to do the damn basics). Ross, I love everything you do and I am pointing folks to your channel.

I wish he had consulted an investment advisor. They would have prevented his basic mistake move. INTL is probably a bad bet. It seems they're in talks to be bought out by Qualcomm. Maybe the management at INTL need to be refreshed. Get bought out, or it could go bust.

I used to be computer literate but haven’t really done much in the past 10 years or so.

Not much computer skill is needed but more of active skills to manage things like trades and basic typing skills
