Try puppylinux, you may like it!

‪@puppy_BYTE‬ goes over why puppylinux maybe the linux distro you may want to use.
1. small and loads to RAM - fast
2. modular : JWM (menu, tray, keyboard shortcuts), Rox-Filer
3. Save folder: keeps all config setting, d/l apps
4. no sudo : easy access to files/ext USB etc. repair other OS
Maybe only choice in older PC, e.g. 32bit, low RAM (e.g. 2G), but also work well with "modern" PC.

Puppy Linux is great - I run it on quite a few machines (dirt cheap ex business HP Thin Clients and older laptops) and it does everything I need. I tried loads of other distros in 2023/2024, but came back to Puppy and that's all I use now. Cheers.

similar experience as me, I do all PC work on puppy. Video editing writing a book, music and photo work.
