cave sounds are sounds from steves mind, as steve inches ever closer to insanity, my theory is theres something wrong with the skulk and that its not what it seems. the skulk has a way of getting to people. getting to there heads. my best guess is the skulk has mind altering properties.
@sockaloupe you don't hear any hostile enderman sounds while they were running, so I think the explosion surprised the player and made them run from the cave
I believed that you (the player) was present during this incident with the miners and that's why you have so much knowledge about mining, and the ability to utilize tools. You survived and you are hearing the last miner die to an enderman in disc 11. Every time you enter the dark, a cave, or get near a cave, you hear hallucinatory sounds that remind you of the incident that happened to you in the past. Just bad memories.
Something to note further is that the zombies wear the same clothes as you, which is unusual until you realize it's very likely the uniform worn by the miners
Years ago when I still played MC, when I decided to change all the sounds in the game, I decided to change every single cave sound with reverb farts. What was once me desperately lighting up a dark cave as quickly as possible was now me running around hoping to hear an echoey fart.
15:54 I'm late so you probably won't see this, but I think it's more likely that it's not dirt, but gravel. It kinda sounds more like a gravelly sound than dirt, and gravel naturally generates in caves, so yeah. And he was only running on it for a few seconds, indicating that it was just a small gravel patch.
I suppose it is possible that the Miner from the disks was the last survivor from the rail collapse incident, desperately trying to make it to the surface, but the collapse of the rails meant he couldn’t return via the mineshaft And maybe the explosion that happened didn’t allow the Enderman to reach the miner persay, but the explosion happened, miner looked towards the noise, and ended up staring at an Enderman
Ooooo that’s super possible! I really wanted to talk about that possibility, as I too realized that when writing the script for this video. But, I couldn’t really find a super supporting link. But I like to think that’s possible!
The explosion also sounds like it could be a minecart falling down. Maybe that sound and the Enderman sounds are PTSD fuelled hallucinations. I don’t think we hear the miner die, so maybe he does get out and maybe he is Steve. And maybe every time you enter a cave your PTSD plays up and you hallucinate noises from the minecart incident and that’s why you hear them.
I like to think that the reason the player(steve) keeps hearing these noises every time he goes in some type of cave, is because he has trauma from the minecrart rail incident. Caves just reminded him of what happened when he crashed in a minecart. It also helps understand why the cave sounds sound so eerie and faint. Maybe because of the incident it feels like a new world for steve every time a player makes a new world. Like he forgot everything from the minecart crash.
The wiki actually said that cave sounds were added because they tell a story about a tragic incident that happened in the mines years before the player was in the world each cave sounds tells a certain fate that happened…
I know this theory might be stupid or what not but here’s what I think disc 11 is about. I was thinking that maybe what if the person we hear in disc 11 is a person who survived the Minecart incident. So maybe once he gets up there’s a bunch of smoke and rubble everywhere hence why he’s coughing. He brings out a flint and steel to possibly light a torch because it’s hard to see through all of the debris from the crash. And maybe those sounds we hear in the beginning while he’s placing blocks are him sniffling and like crying almost because of the incident he has just gone through. He’s probably looking in his map to see where he can exit the cave safely. But since the exit is probably going it be blocked off he tries to find a different way out. This is when he notices that ender man are watching him. That’s when he starts panicking and starts to break blocks and starts to go faster and faster until he’s caught. He wasn’t able to make it out of the cave. I don’t know sounds a bit strange but I think it’s a pretty good theory
I think that the warden is actually chasing the character that is at the centre of the accident, as there are distinct roars that are quite similar to the warden. The light ambience twinkles remind me of amethyst.
I thought that the player (Steve or Alex) was a part of this crash and survived, and due to the traumatic experience you were most likely given PTSD and every time you go into the caves, you get flashbacks and hallucinations of the incident. And, I believe your theory of the collapse seeing as some mineshafts go over ravines and just... stop... nothing to stop the minecarts from falling off the mineshaft. And if we take a look at the rails of the mineshafts, we can see that some rails are just... missing... meaning that something had to have happened to get rid of some of the rails, but if we also look at the minecarts with chest's in them. They have glowberries (a food source), some torches (Most likely used to lighten up the mineshaft), spare rails (Probably for repairing some broken rails), coal (for making a fire or torches), Melon seeds (Probably to chew on like what some baseballers do to sunflower seeds), nametags (Not sure what they are for but they might be for a new miner so that people will get to know their name), and some gold or redstone (Not sure if redstone appears in the chests but oh well. These items are most likely their finds from mining that they would store in the minecarts with chests and then take the minecarts back up to the surface, If successful with their mining trip, but I also know that I might have missed some items out so I'm very sorry) And the loot found in these chests had to have come from a miner as a mob cannot put items into a chest (Unless they were killed above a hopper connected to a chest) so that means there had to have been more people around before us, and speaking of chests with items, in comes the Deep Dark, probably a safe haven for an ancient civilisation (as there are redstone testing areas and some watch towers to keep them save) who worshipped something seeing as there is a giant indestructible portal in the middle, big enough to let something in... But there safe haven was probably destroyed by the Skulk (Maybe a virus like the Cordyceps) that took over their beautiful safe haven and created a monster, The Warden...
You know, the fact of only one thing hitting water after the Disk 11 explosion can be explained through there being low amounts of water/ maybe even someone water bucket clutching. Then they'd have to run with disk 13 being played separate.
what i find very interesting is the description of each noise on the minecraft wiki. This is probably the most interesting theory I've seen so far. Probably cause i've never actually looked into it. Cave.1ogg - Echoing steam-train whistle. 8:43 Cave.2ogg - Angelic singing. 8:48 Cave.3ogg - Low pitch orchestra. 8:55 Cave.4ogg - Demonic roar / Wind echoing in a tunnel. 9:02 Cave.5ogg - Ringing. 9:09 Cave.6ogg - An engine passing by. 9:19 Cave.7ogg - A gong ringing softly. 9:25 Cave.8ogg - Devilish whiff / Blaze breathing. 9:32 Cave.9ogg - A sound as if an airplane was flying in distance. 9:38 Cave.10ogg - Echoing bang and violin screech. 9:43 Cave.11ogg - A distant minecart passing by. 9:47 Cave.12ogg - Loud bell. 9:51 Cave.13ogg - Demonic grunt. 9:56 Cave.14ogg - Steaming sound. 10:01 Cave.15ogg - Possibly a distorted train whistle. 10:13 Cave.16ogg - Banging metallic objects. 10:22 Cave.17ogg - An Iron door slamming shut with a bell ringing. 10:31 Cave.18ogg - A Minecart tumbling down / something banging on wood with keys. 10:44 Cave.19ogg - Growling noise. 10:53 The way you explained is actually accurate to the description, but i feel like there has to be more... I'm still trying to figure out what really caused the crash 🤔
I believe it was a creeper explosion that caused the crash, because it would make sense in sock's theory as a structural accident occurred which caused the minecarts to derail.
steve's hallucinations i think, when you go too down theres like a dark shade around screen, maybe steve is afraid from caves and has a trauma. But- its just another theory its like when you create a game you wake up and dont remember nothing
tbh it makes sense that an Enderman could have caused the explosion by using TNT, you stated that they wouldn't have any way to trigger the explosion, however, you forgot about the possibility that the Enderman could place the TNT block on top of a lit redstone ore
That paper wrestling that we hear in the audio is most likely a journal because the year that that disc came out didn't match up with any of the other paper objects. The only paper object that was around whenever disc 11 was released was the journal.
TNT has historically been used often in mining, and with it, there comes a lot of accidents. Perhaps the railway collapse was the result of prematurely detonated TNT, or too much of it. That could also account for the hissing sound in the music disks. Even considering that the two are likely not related, seeing as TNT is a major factor historically in mining accidents, I think TNT could be a plausible explanation for the events of both.
i have a theory about the discs. the lone miner was going about his day working in the mines when he heard strange sounds in the distance. this could be the rail collapse. he decided to try and get out just in case something incredibly sinister happened that he doesn’t know about. he then notices some hostile monster in the mines with him, and he barely escapes alive. he gets to a safe place in the mine where he sets up a disc to attempt to document his findings. however, the explosion in the distance takes place, allowing the monster to get to him. he starts running, recording still going, and gets to the exit of the mine. the monster is catching up, so i think the recording cutting off right there could be the miner ditching whatever was recording the sound to distract the monster while he gets out of the mine. now, we all know that the character the player controls is very good at mining based on the fact that they can effortlessly create pickaxes, carve out massive mines within a couple days, and collect dozens of pieces of very valuable ore to use for many different things. my theory is that the lone miner in disc 11 could be the player’s character escaping a near death experience before the player takes control of the character to start playing the game. this could also provide an explanation as to why disc 11 appears shattered, as the recorder that it was in was thrown at the monster to distract it, shattering the disc inside. let me know what you guys think about this theory
That actually makes sense! I infact always wondered how the player is so good at creating tools and armors, like you need experience for it, maybe you are indeed right, the disc 11 protagonist could be the player!
Loved the video Sock! I can see A LOT of effort went into making it! Personally I've never really looked into cave sounds too much, I just know that they're there to scare the live out of me when I'm peacefully mining. (Yes, I'm a wimp). To me, some of the cave sounds sound a bit too 'mystical' to be just minecarts. Almost Slenderman-like. But I don't want to think on that too much because that will freak me out more the next time I hear them
Amazing job solving this story, but what if the explosion is from the miner blowing a way out (maybe the papers shifting is the miner trying to use a manual to make a tnt??)
To my knowledge, mojang makes minecraft in a way so that there are things hinting towards a story to get people thinking about the game. This video shoes that works. Great video btw :D
There was a Game Theory video about disc 11 and 13 and how there are cuts and you can change them between each other to get a full story. Matpat also mentioned how you can he the faint sound of a bow being shot twice and an arrow hitting stone once, presumably from a skeleton.
I think the explosion in disc 13 was the boiler of one of the engines of the minecarts exploding after the rail collapse, and the miner in disc 11 is a survivor of it and had to run from the mobs deeper in the cave
This is a really good analysis. However, what i believe is two separate incidents within those discs occuring. Disc 11's coal/ore miner is lost in a mineshaft while being stalked by an enderman. While Disc 13's coal/ore miner was thrown into the water by a creeper and survived. Miner 1 lights a torch and opens a guide map. While miner 2 is presumably searching for a way out. Suddenly, Miner 2 heard hissing sounds and when he turned around got thrown into the water while debris rain down by him. Miner 1 obviously hears this and relights his torch and stares at the enderman's eyes. Miner 2 gets out of the water and flees to the surface. Miner 1 runs away from the enderman and nearly makes it to the surface before getting slaughtered by the enderman. The mineshaft collapse happens way before the 2 got split up, due to weight of the minecarts and the strain of the enviorment. Multiple miners go around, unaware of what about is to concure. While they were doing duties and going around. The mineshaft collapses, plumetting multiple victims down below into the dark. Miners 1 and 2 tried to find their own seperate ways out. However there were presumably a couple more survivors judging by the carts left abandoned after they got out and checked to see what the noise was before going to get help or being silently killed by spiders or their re-animated former collegues. But this is just a theory, a game theory-
Hey, great vid! I liked the unique take on how everything lines up together. However, I do have a personal opinion on the more vocal/human sounding audios tie into everything. At the beginning of the audio tracks, there are many files that sound more like humans breathing/yelling/singing, which can hint more at the soul theories of Minecraft and how they can get trapped in the overworld or nether instead of passing on. Likewise, the caves addition of sculk is almost like a collection of souls, acting like the overworlds soul sand (sounds of breathing/voices happen when blocks are broken) so maybe it can produce some kind of cry that the player hears while in the caves. The mine cart sounds however fit extremely well with the story you’ve put together here, I just feel that not all sounds come from the same place. Also, Cave 14.ogg is one that I think comes from the end and the plethora of static sounds that originate from that dimension such as static (mainly in the warped forests that are described to be “where the nether meets the end”) when Endermen speak to each other, and it also happens to mimic some of the sounds from the heart of ender from Minecraft dungeons (which is considered to be canon). (All proposition of that last bit goes to Xatrix, recommend him a ton for Minecraft lore)
i have a creepy mod idea for minecraft using these sounds ( involving the mineshafts ) - minecarts with horns on them having a chance to go off when you pass by them ( cave 1 / 2 / 19 ) , you are able to break these minecarts and collect the horns. - minecarts being seen moving across the rails with no driver ( cave 3 / 6 / 9 / 11 ) - minecarts suddenly moving at you at very fast speeds when you step on the rails, the minecart can kill you ( cave 4 / 13 ) - a skeleton being seen in one of the minecarts ( cave 5 ), the skeleton has a chance to wake up and step out of the minecart ( cave 7 ) - a minecart moving a tiny bit when you get close to it ( cave 8 ) - a miner looking at you before despawning ( cave 10 / 12 ) - a disturbing noise playing, if you look behind you a random monster will be infront of you ( cave 14 ) - a miner on a minecart can be seen going across the rails, if you go to where the minecart is, the miner will be gone but there will be random ores and a pickaxe surrounding the minecart ( cave 15 ) - a minecart seen traveling across the rail before derailing ( cave 16 ) - a miner on a railcart can be seen crashing into a wall, falling off a bridge, or crashing into another minecart, killing the miner ( cave 17 ) - if the mineshaft has a bridge, a chunk of the blocks will suddenly be applied gravity and fall to the ground. this will have a chance of happening whenever you step on the bridge ( cave 18 )
I believe that the music disc incident and minecart rail collapse theory are related, the lost miner(from the music disc theory) was near the rail, lost in the nearby cave, trying to find a way out, but suddenly an explosion, the other miners(riding the minecarts) think that it was an ordinary explosion(since explosions usually take place in mineshafts to clear an area) and didn't think much of it, but the lost miner saw or heard the explosion nearby, he saw that the railway was destroyed, he was trying to warn the other miners, but he saw an enderman, and the enderman started chasing him, he probably tried to warn the others about the collapsed railway through whistles and horns, but the other miners didn't notice. The lost miner probably accidentally stared at the enderman while trying to escape and eventually met his demise. Shortly after, the miners crashed into the collapsed railway.
imma feel weird if its already been said but what if it wasnt the enderman that placed the tnt, what if the miner wasnt lighting a fire, but lighting a fuse? that splashing presumably in the distance is something chasing him, and he is trying to blow up the entrance because of collapse maybe, you can hear what sounds like him walking and im assuming its away from would be tnt, and on his way out of being trapped he ran into an enderman and killed him, the only problem with this to me is that the explosive is faint and the foot steps are not frequent enough to verify he quickly got away from it, my other idea is that the splash might of been another miner also running, got cornered by a creeper and maybe was waiting for them to come to the miner we hear, but it exploded so he started running
16:53 There is a chance that the person mining actually accidentally used flint and steel on creeper or TNT which damaged enderman, causing enderman to chase him.
i think maybe the disks are end of all 19 cave sounds, possibly because only 1 miner survived, ,coughing blood up, lighting the fire to look around. i heard a theory that the miners hit a creeper and it exploded, maybe another creeper was there? the enderman was near the exit so the miner died. the disks are like the sequel, leaving the story off with the last miner being blown up or killed by the enderman
Disc 11 are 13 are possibly one of the worse things to ever playlist in a jubebox. In my theory, when the miner was so close to get to the surface, he accidentally looked at the Enderman and was killed seconds before the track ends.
I think the miner was running from an enderman, but a creeper came out to help the enderman and exploded making the miner fall on water, the miner gets out of the water and continue running to the light source (the exit) but the enderman teleported to the exit which blocked the miner's escape route and the disc ended there which is the meaning of the miner's death
Ive got a theory this is partially about the cave but what i think is the only reason that your the lnly player (except when you play multiplayer) is because of all the players that lived in the world ended up dying while they were mining. And you were the only one who survived from the accident, which could explain why you have to gather your materials to survive because you lost all your stuff from the accident
Perhaps these sounds play as the miners haunt you in a certain way, following you through the caves as you’re one of them essentially, watching over you trying to warn you of the dangers of such a profession.
@sockaloupe I combined your idea and @krishivvyas2948's idea while I added my extra thoughts about the sounds and got this: Cave 1: You blow the whistle on your minecart Cave 2: Responding horns Cave 3: Grumbling of wheels on rail Cave 4: Wind of a minecart going fast Cave 5: Several whistles of impending doom Cave 6: Even more grumbling of wheels on rail, multiple minecarts entering Cave 7: Minecarts continue to move on rail with yours Cave 8: Even more minecarts wheels, more minecarts entering Cave 9: Vibration of a minecart passing by, wind whooshes as it moves Cave 10: Your wheels making a horrible screeching sound when brakes applied, noticing on what’s to come Cave 11: Your Minecart continues to go fast Cave 12: Even more minecarts enter the railway Cave 13: All the minecarts are going so fast, that the wind echoes through the cave Cave 14: Several minecarts rush down the same path sounding like a glitch, another horn sounds Cave 15: There are too many minecarts, other miners notice and use emergency brakes to stop a catastrophic event, but it is too late Cave 16: There are so many minecarts that one got shoved of a bridge, falling down to the floor of the cave Cave 17: The minecart you are in gets shoved also, you hear wind, then your minecart Slams the cave floor at a high speed, you broke your fall and hear more horns sound afterwards Cave 18: All the minecarts and miners on the bridge have a combined weight so high, that the bridge collapses, everyone else falls to the cave floor with you Cave 19: Your ears ring for a second, when they stop, you hear wood creaking from the collapsed bridge and a quiet minecart engine running in the distance before stalling, you are the only survivor, these sounds still traumatize you to this day
This is a great theory video. Although I feel like without disc 5, it remains incomplete since disc 13 and 5 also sync up pretty well. Add on top of that the references to both the Wither and the Warden in disc 5 and you have that miner caught in pretty insane situation.
haha yeah, i haven't even considered disc 5, it was added so much longer after. I can already tell disc 5 is about the warden though. A minecraft dev that made the warden was talking about how he made the warden because he was so interested growing up in the end of disc 11. Pretty much saying the warden was inspired by the disc rather than what is in it...
Here's what i'm thinking. The world of Minecraft is post apocalypse (at least that's what i've heard). If there really was an accident in the mines maybe that was the start of said apocalypse? I don't know if there's anything to back that up but it's a possibility. Edit: I mean, it could just be an event that stands by itself and not connected to anything but these are sounds that play literally any time you're in a cave. Not just when you're in a mineshaft. And why would they play so often if they weren't important?
I think music disc 13 and 11 are actually one whole story as music disc 11 slots in perfectly in a cut in 13. Mostly got this from game theory but it's basically it's some unknown person running from hostel mobs till the end where a creeper blows up and they jump to water and then unknown where they go afterwards.
Also btw the splash and then footsteps was this unknown person as not really any other hostel mob other then a creeper in caves is capable of footsteps and the creeper explosion could implies that they jumped and then hit water afterwards.
18:32 okay so the next shot gives away the idea. i think there was a lava source nearby, and since this happened in a mineshaft, the wood set fire by proxy, which then lit the TNT. this type of stuff happens all the time before you even arrive at the mineshaft in game, unless you turn off the fire spread rule via commands. this isn't necessarily my take on the theory, but my point is that it's plausible.
Those discs also proves that The mutation of ABLD to endermen happened before they got trapped in the end, it also proves that zombies and skeletons didn't came alive after builders died, the virus just mutated them which caused a lot of builders' deaths.
While I do believe there could’ve been a race of miners like Steve, I don’t think so. My theory is that the player skins like Steve and Alex and the new default skins are supposed to represent us in the Minecraft world, hinted by A Minecraft movie. Think about it, Minecraft has an overall Medieval aesthetic, The Villagers wear robes and live in small, quaint villages with Medieval professions such as: Farmers, Blacksmiths (Weapon Smiths, Armorers, and Tool Smiths,) Shepards, Fletchers, etc. The Illagers don Medieval style armor and brandish Medieval weapons like crossbows and battle axes, while all the player skins wear more modern clothes like t-shirts, cardigans, one of them even has a prosthetic arm!(which definitely weren’t around in Medieval times.) Also, with new additions to the Minecraft franchise like Dungeons and Legends, we’ve been granted with a slew of lore. The ruined Nether portals dotted around the Overworld suggest there was once an invasion of sorts, like the Piglin invasion in Legends! The other lore filled faction of Minecraft, The Illagers, had the spotlight in Dungeons, showing the height of their empire under the Arch-Illagers rule. After the fall of the Arch-Illager though, the Illagers were scattered across the world and went into hiding (which is why they’re mostly found in secluded mansions far from society) only ever coming out to raid small villages - and even then they can barely manage that. That could also explain the many abandoned structures in the world, for example, during the Illager Empire, the Illagers dug many mines in search for Redstone to power their artillery. Of course like I mentioned earlier, the Illagers went into hiding after the Arch-Illagers defeat, abandoning the mines they once had a massive presence in, only leaving the abandoned mineshafts we know behind. That would also explain the absence of Redstone Golems and other Redstone powered machines, as the Illagers stopped mining for it and eventually ran out, leaving them only with their knowledge of magic. Back to the Piglins, additional evidence of a Piglin invasion in the base game besides ruined Nether portals are Bastion remnants - keyword REMNANTS, after the four Piglin clan leaders were defeated in Legends, the Piglins had no one leading them anymore so they became lazy and started doing their own thing, leading to the eventual decay of Bastions. Anyway back to what I was talking about, loot can be found inside Bastions that can only be found in the Overworld, Iron, Diamonds, etc. The Piglins’ overall preference for gold though rendered the Overworld’s minerals useless to them, leaving them to collect dust in chests for years to come. Anyway that’s my theory for now, I’m open to feedback and ideas from you all, so please feel free to comment below.
Some cave sounds sometimes play a lower pitched sound, this could possibly mean that there could be different sound with a different meaning to it. No idea if this connects to the theory, but it’s what I think.
It's so consistent in my world that these sounds play almost unerringly near certain structures Cave 1 = Mineshaft near player Cave 2 = geode near Cave 3 = air straight ahead Cave 4 = huge cave Cave 5 = huge cave top, long drop below Cave 6 = aquifer near Cave 16 = massive water near
My thoughts are the footsteps are the wardens. He tries to run away, while running, he sees endermen, but keeps on running. he almost sees day, but the wardens speed is to amazing. He gets pulled away and then murdered.
I'd like to think the meaning of the Cave Sounds is to add a feeling of mystery to Minecraft, by all means, we're not really supposed to know what's making the sounds, because it just makes the game feel more mysterious. That being said, when they were added to the game, there was a story known as "White Eyes" that was arguably the ancestor of the famous "Herobrine" creepypasta. That doesn't mean the sounds relate to him though, but there's probably some theory that makes that claim.
wow, i came across this very late and i realised that I gave my opinions a few years ago on my theory. i think with the minecart theory, a creeper blew up the area, then chaos ensued i still kind of think it was mainly a crash, but your theory could also be true (also i still dont fully believe if the sounds are in actual order, but maybe they are idk) I think there were three survivors, steve, the guy from disc 11 (who dies to an enderman later after escaping the crash), and i think if there was an incident with the track and its collapsed, one miner fell deep into the deep dark (disc 5). so steves really looking at a lot of trauma i liked the revised video, keep the content up
@@sockaloupe I definitely believe it is a creeper, because right around the impact a creeper's face is present in the spectrogram, that feels like it cannot just be randomly placed.
what i think cave sounds are made 1.minecraft whistle 2.ghost humming when sees someone 3.minecart traveling and broken whistle 4.roar from nowhere?! 5.bell being ringed 6.furnace minecart sound 7. random gong 8.blaze in a cave 9.??? 10.screeching 11.minecart passing by 12.??? 13.same as cave sound 10 14.creeper becuz spectrogram 15.??? 16.minecart tumbeling 17.minecart crash 18.same as cave sound 16 19. endermen?!?!?!?!
Miner on tracks above a ravine meets a creeper, creeper explodes and the miner survives by falling in water then climbing out (disk 13)... cave sounds 14 and up with audio of metal clanking and screeching explain the sound of the left over tracks hanging on connected over the edge of a ravine which had water which the miner fell in (metal clank leftovers after the incident)...before he had sat in the minecraft which led to the fall into water he had whistled for help or sign of life (cave sounds up to 14)... then after settling down in the ravine in a bad condition after the fall he lights up flint and steel and opens his map which in the time the disc was added used to reveal coordinatesthen he was going up and met an ende man which took him before leaving the cave!... i changed the timeline a bit i think this makes sense... :)
The creepy sounds in Minecraft caves are actually cave Dwellers STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEIR TERRIFYING it is actually a Minecraft creepypasta and it's a mod but you can still encounter one without the mod be careful they are extremely hostile when you hear the sound that means they are near you which is why these sounds occur in Minecraft.
Maybe 2 of the miners managed to break before they fell into the collapsed pit of the tragedy. One of them which could have been the miner from the disks could have been trying to look for an escape out of the mineshaft, which ultimately died to the enderman. The coughing we hear could also be because of his condition from being in the caves while trying to find an exit. And the other could have taken a different way and had lost everything and that person could have became the player. That could explain why we hear these sounds because of the trauma the player experienced from that event and could be hallucinations.
This is all the enderman sounds reversed in a certain order. “Hello" “Can you hear me?" "You messed up" "Can you..." "Hear" “ME” “CAN" "YOU" "HEAR" "MEEEEE!” Shocking ain’t it? And sound 14 could be a creeper about to explode and 15 is the explosion Or the same thing as I said about the 1:45 mark. It also could be the Minecart track collapsing because of a creeper. The splashing is a survivor and they exit the water
Maybe the Creeper heard in the disks caused the rail way to collapse, thus causing the miner to accidentally look at the endermen and running Also the splashing sounds could be some dead miners or minecarts hitting the water
I always believed they had nothing to do with each other. I always thought that they were all just ghostly echoes of people that never came out of the caves. I always assumed the villagers had some relation to it. Like the one's you see are the ones left after 90% of them were wiped out.
Andddd the discs were originally music he used to listen to with the other miners So steve destroyed it hoping it would make him feel better but every time he puts it on hes reminded of the incident bc thats his trauma 😳
So, with the theory that minecraft is just a dream of a miner, your minecart collapse theory is making a really sad pucture. Steve got into the collapse with other miners, and is now lying unconscious, dying. And sounds in the game are his "flashbacks", as his mind cannot just move on after this disaster
Hey, i m little late but u think thats why when u start new world the player dosent die but its after story of the cave story , thats why we are always on random place where the player stopped to gather his breath after running, and when u create new world u have option of additional chest at start and some tools for help maybe they are put there before going in cave but everyone died and only u survived that why u come back where u put the chest and get ur things back , but u forgot where ur house is cause of ptsd from caves and u start new journey and make new house
U know how game theory said that the enderman speak actual human words? Well my theory is that two builders were in the cave mining but then one of them somehow turns into a enderman and the other builder tries to escape him but before he can escape the cave the enderman teleported infront of him and he gets killed
my theory: maybe the second explosion could be an minecart that was packed with tnt for mining reasons crashes and a torch falls inside it exploding it and the person in disc 11 could have survived both explosions and its passing through the fumes of the explosion trying to get out of the cave with his map or maybe looking at an anotation on a book and finds and an strange creature (could be an endermen or another mob) and tries to outrun it but maybe stumbles and falls and gets killed thats why the disc 11 is broken
My other theory is that when you place disc 5,13 and 11 in a specific order u get something like a audio of some people going in a cave and and trying to escape "something" my theory is that maybe these players are the people that made the warden biome and the giant portal thing and once they opened the giant portal a flood of wardens came out and killed them
here is a theory: disc 13 is supposed to be caves sounds i think, and the caves sounds were the main sounds in the minecart travesty. to play the proper miner story, you need 11 and 13, so i think the miner was happening at the same time as the minecart, just further away. the miner couldve escaped from the minecart, but was injured, but when trying to escape outside and get medical help, he looked at an enderman and got murdered by it
@@sockaloupe here's a part two that includes disc 5: instead of getting murdered, the miner continued on to his journey. but he's still being chased, he's running through this caved, and there's light at the end! after passing some gravel, he finds an occupied ancient city with people. that's where it ends just put the rest of disc 5 in there
I hear the Minecraft cave sounds but i don't go in the caves my character would be outside or be in a building that i made in Minecraft it happens when i play on my Xbox and they play a lot of times except when i play Minecraft on the PS4 it's pretty rare to hear them
I think the rail collapse is more accurate but what if a miner out of a cart tending to buisiness/ mining saw a creeper and ran but the creeper detonated just out of reach of the guy and messed up a bridge and he was running to warn the miners in a mine cart hence the bells/ brakes
What do YOU think the cave sounds are about? Give me your best theory in this comment section! I respond to everyone (:

@@Ironicalyy could be! I do maintain in the video that the cave sounds are made to be scary and that could be all, it’s just fun to ponder haha
cave sounds are sounds from steves mind, as steve inches ever closer to insanity, my theory is theres something wrong with the skulk and that its not what it seems. the skulk has a way of getting to people. getting to there heads. my best guess is the skulk has mind altering properties.
The cave sounds could be auditory hallucinations caused by a traumatic event such as a minecart rail collapse that happened in Steve's past life.
Its the heart of the end stalking at you
I think that the enderman wasnt chasing after the player, but actually was at the exit of the cave, and the player accidentally looked at the enderman
the player was for sure running from something, and with the enderman noises you hear before that, I think the enderman was after him from the start
@sockaloupe you don't hear any hostile enderman sounds while they were running, so I think the explosion surprised the player and made them run from the cave
It wasn't an enderman, but the player screaming before death
@@sockaloupeit could be a warden
Or maybe it was the warden or a other mob because there a whimper at the end
I believed that you (the player) was present during this incident with the miners and that's why you have so much knowledge about mining, and the ability to utilize tools. You survived and you are hearing the last miner die to an enderman in disc 11.
Every time you enter the dark, a cave, or get near a cave, you hear hallucinatory sounds that remind you of the incident that happened to you in the past. Just bad memories.
I love the steve backstory. I have always considered this to be part of the truth, yes. It would align really well with the game!
Okayyyyy... that's creepy to think about but would make sense
Something to note further is that the zombies wear the same clothes as you, which is unusual until you realize it's very likely the uniform worn by the miners

LMAO
I actually agree with this theory
15:54 I'm late so you probably won't see this, but I think it's more likely that it's not dirt, but gravel. It kinda sounds more like a gravelly sound than dirt, and gravel naturally generates in caves, so yeah. And he was only running on it for a few seconds, indicating that it was just a small gravel patch.
that's fair! I could see that too. you're right, it's definitley more gravel-y than dirt-y!
I suppose it is possible that the Miner from the disks was the last survivor from the rail collapse incident, desperately trying to make it to the surface, but the collapse of the rails meant he couldn’t return via the mineshaft
And maybe the explosion that happened didn’t allow the Enderman to reach the miner persay, but the explosion happened, miner looked towards the noise, and ended up staring at an Enderman
Yeah! that could be it!
The wiki actually said that cave sounds were added because they tell a story about a tragic incident that happened in the mines years before the player was in the world each cave sounds tells a certain fate that happened…
yeah! that's super cool. that would be in line with my idea!
I don’t see that on the wiki, mind posting the source?
Yeah, I considered that!
I think that the warden is actually chasing the character that is at the centre of the accident, as there are distinct roars that are quite similar to the warden. The light ambience twinkles remind me of amethyst.
yeah!
but then why would there be enderman chirps and screeches?
These items are most likely their finds from mining that they would store in the minecarts with chests and then take the minecarts back up to the surface, If successful with their mining trip, but I also know that I might have missed some items out so I'm very sorry)
And the loot found in these chests had to have come from a miner as a mob cannot put items into a chest (Unless they were killed above a hopper connected to a chest) so that means there had to have been more people around before us, and speaking of chests with items, in comes the Deep Dark, probably a safe haven for an ancient civilisation (as there are redstone testing areas and some watch towers to keep them save) who worshipped something seeing as there is a giant indestructible portal in the middle, big enough to let something in...
But there safe haven was probably destroyed by the Skulk (Maybe a virus like the Cordyceps) that took over their beautiful safe haven and created a monster, The Warden...
yeah! i like this idea

I'm still trying to figure out what really caused the crash 🤔
Yes!!!
But- its just another theory
its like when you create a game you wake up and dont remember nothing
I like theories about the sounds being inside the player's head!
Personally cave sound 2 always sounded like an angel singing or screaming to me, like it was calling out to the miners to beware of the danger.
Yeah! It’s scary in its own way. It’s very eerie!
tbh it makes sense that an Enderman could have caused the explosion by using TNT, you stated that they wouldn't have any way to trigger the explosion, however, you forgot about the possibility that the Enderman could place the TNT block on top of a lit redstone ore
Oooo that’s really smart!!
@@sockaloupe Or the fire he lit earlier
That paper wrestling that we hear in the audio is most likely a journal because the year that that disc came out didn't match up with any of the other paper objects. The only paper object that was around whenever disc 11 was released was the journal.
that's a good catch! Never looked that deep into it. I'm glad I read this!
wow, finally a youtube of minecraft that ACTUALLY responds comments, not like others that dont even reads them

This is so trueeee
i have a theory about the discs. the lone miner was going about his day working in the mines when he heard strange sounds in the distance. this could be the rail collapse. he decided to try and get out just in case something incredibly sinister happened that he doesn’t know about. he then notices some hostile monster in the mines with him, and he barely escapes alive. he gets to a safe place in the mine where he sets up a disc to attempt to document his findings. however, the explosion in the distance takes place, allowing the monster to get to him. he starts running, recording still going, and gets to the exit of the mine. the monster is catching up, so i think the recording cutting off right there could be the miner ditching whatever was recording the sound to distract the monster while he gets out of the mine. now, we all know that the character the player controls is very good at mining based on the fact that they can effortlessly create pickaxes, carve out massive mines within a couple days, and collect dozens of pieces of very valuable ore to use for many different things. my theory is that the lone miner in disc 11 could be the player’s character escaping a near death experience before the player takes control of the character to start playing the game. this could also provide an explanation as to why disc 11 appears shattered, as the recorder that it was in was thrown at the monster to distract it, shattering the disc inside. let me know what you guys think about this theory
I’ve heard similar ideas! It would be neat if we’re the player in the disc!
That actually makes sense! I infact always wondered how the player is so good at creating tools and armors, like you need experience for it, maybe you are indeed right, the disc 11 protagonist could be the player!
This is definitly the best theory I have seen so far
Loved the video Sock! I can see A LOT of effort went into making it! Personally I've never really looked into cave sounds too much, I just know that they're there to scare the live out of me when I'm peacefully mining. (Yes, I'm a wimp). To me, some of the cave sounds sound a bit too 'mystical' to be just minecarts. Almost Slenderman-like. But I don't want to think on that too much because that will freak me out more the next time I hear them
LOL for sure! The sounds could be 1000 different things, some of them do sound more angelic than like wheels…
Idk but, theres a new disc got updated after the warden update. you should go check and hear it. It maybe theres connection between the 13/11
That disc name is 5
I think I saw that! It’s interesting for sure
Just imagine if Minecraft, at the last update they'll ever relase, they also relase a custom map where they explain the entire Minecraft lore.
Amazing job solving this story, but what if the explosion is from the miner blowing a way out (maybe the papers shifting is the miner trying to use a manual to make a tnt??)
Hmmmm could be?
To my knowledge, mojang makes minecraft in a way so that there are things hinting towards a story to get people thinking about the game. This video shoes that works.
Great video btw :D
yeah! thanks so much (: glad you liked it!
There was a Game Theory video about disc 11 and 13 and how there are cuts and you can change them between each other to get a full story. Matpat also mentioned how you can he the faint sound of a bow being shot twice and an arrow hitting stone once, presumably from a skeleton.
thats a good catch! I had no idea.
I also think instead of the mineshaft collapsing, it's instead a creeper blowing up a section of the tracts
Ooooo it could be true!
I think the explosion in disc 13 was the boiler of one of the engines of the minecarts exploding after the rail collapse, and the miner in disc 11 is a survivor of it and had to run from the mobs deeper in the cave
It could be! I like this idea (:
Terraria:cave goes wow wow beepo beepo
Minecraft:I will traumatized you with my creepy cave ambience

@@sockaloupe it's very accurate lmao
But this is just a theory, a game theory-
I like this!!!
All of this and caves don't even make sounds in real life except for flowing water a d rocks you knock over 😂
Hey, great vid!
This is really cool! I play Minecraft dungeons but never made that connection at the end. I’m going to have to listen to it back!
i have a creepy mod idea for minecraft using these sounds ( involving the mineshafts )
- minecarts with horns on them having a chance to go off when you pass by them ( cave 1 / 2 / 19 ) , you are able to break these minecarts and collect the horns.
- minecarts being seen moving across the rails with no driver ( cave 3 / 6 / 9 / 11 )
- minecarts suddenly moving at you at very fast speeds when you step on the rails, the minecart can kill you ( cave 4 / 13 )
- a skeleton being seen in one of the minecarts ( cave 5 ), the skeleton has a chance to wake up and step out of the minecart ( cave 7 )
- a minecart moving a tiny bit when you get close to it ( cave 8 )
- a miner looking at you before despawning ( cave 10 / 12 )
- a disturbing noise playing, if you look behind you a random monster will be infront of you ( cave 14 )
- a miner on a minecart can be seen going across the rails, if you go to where the minecart is, the miner will be gone but there will be random ores and a pickaxe surrounding the minecart ( cave 15 )
- a minecart seen traveling across the rail before derailing ( cave 16 )
- a miner on a railcart can be seen crashing into a wall, falling off a bridge, or crashing into another minecart, killing the miner ( cave 17 )
- if the mineshaft has a bridge, a chunk of the blocks will suddenly be applied gravity and fall to the ground. this will have a chance of happening whenever you step on the bridge ( cave 18 )
oooo yes! would love to see that!
This could be true! I learn something new every time I read awesome comments like this one!
imma feel weird if its already been said but what if it wasnt the enderman that placed the tnt, what if the miner wasnt lighting a fire, but lighting a fuse? that splashing presumably in the distance is something chasing him, and he is trying to blow up the entrance because of collapse maybe, you can hear what sounds like him walking and im assuming its away from would be tnt, and on his way out of being trapped he ran into an enderman and killed him, the only problem with this to me is that the explosive is faint and the foot steps are not frequent enough to verify he quickly got away from it, my other idea is that the splash might of been another miner also running, got cornered by a creeper and maybe was waiting for them to come to the miner we hear, but it exploded so he started running
That actually makes sense
that actually makes so much sense omg
bro it does
Dude, this is the exact theory I came up with as a kid. Crazy coincidence.
crazy!
16:53 There is a chance that the person mining actually accidentally used flint and steel on creeper or TNT which damaged enderman, causing enderman to chase him.
I always imagined Steve being deep in the cave and something running towards him
I didn't even recognize enderman sounds
Yeah! It took a lot of listens for me to understand it haha
You can turn off cave noises by going into settings and into the sounds tab, then find the ambient/environment slider and put it down to zero.
Yeah!
i think maybe the disks are end of all 19 cave sounds, possibly because only 1 miner survived, ,coughing blood up, lighting the fire to look around. i heard a theory that the miners hit a creeper and it exploded, maybe another creeper was there? the enderman was near the exit so the miner died. the disks are like the sequel, leaving the story off with the last miner being blown up or killed by the enderman
I like this idea!!!
Ive got a theory this is partially about the cave but what i think is the only reason that your the lnly player (except when you play multiplayer) is because of all the players that lived in the world ended up dying while they were mining. And you were the only one who survived from the accident, which could explain why you have to gather your materials to survive because you lost all your stuff from the accident
this is a good one!

Perhaps these sounds play as the miners haunt you in a certain way, following you through the caves as you’re one of them essentially, watching over you trying to warn you of the dangers of such a profession.
Oooo scary idea!
@sockaloupe I combined your idea and @krishivvyas2948's idea while I added my extra thoughts about the sounds and got this:
Cave 1: You blow the whistle on your minecart
Cave 2: Responding horns
Cave 3: Grumbling of wheels on rail
Cave 4: Wind of a minecart going fast
Cave 5: Several whistles of impending doom
Cave 6: Even more grumbling of wheels on rail, multiple minecarts entering
Cave 7: Minecarts continue to move on rail with yours
Cave 8: Even more minecarts wheels, more minecarts entering
Cave 9: Vibration of a minecart passing by, wind whooshes as it moves
Cave 10: Your wheels making a horrible screeching sound when brakes applied, noticing on what’s to come
Cave 11: Your Minecart continues to go fast
Cave 12: Even more minecarts enter the railway
Cave 13: All the minecarts are going so fast, that the wind echoes through the cave
Cave 14: Several minecarts rush down the same path sounding like a glitch, another horn sounds
Cave 15: There are too many minecarts, other miners notice and use emergency brakes to stop a catastrophic event, but it is too late
Cave 16: There are so many minecarts that one got shoved of a bridge, falling down to the floor of the cave
Cave 17: The minecart you are in gets shoved also, you hear wind, then your minecart Slams the cave floor at a high speed, you broke your fall and hear more horns sound afterwards
Cave 18: All the minecarts and miners on the bridge have a combined weight so high, that the bridge collapses, everyone else falls to the cave floor with you
Cave 19: Your ears ring for a second, when they stop, you hear wood creaking from the collapsed bridge and a quiet minecart engine running in the distance before stalling, you are the only survivor, these sounds still traumatize you to this day

You say that only 2 discs are creepy and stuff? *cough cough* craftable disc *cough cough*
And why would they play so often if they weren't important?
yes! minecraft being post-apocalyptic is a very popular idea. a lot of people think so too!

mojang:
LMAO so true
I think music disc 13 and 11 are actually one whole story as music disc 11 slots in perfectly in a cut in 13. Mostly got this from game theory but it's basically it's some unknown person running from hostel mobs till the end where a creeper blows up and they jump to water and then unknown where they go afterwards.
Also btw the splash and then footsteps was this unknown person as not really any other hostel mob other then a creeper in caves is capable of footsteps and the creeper explosion could implies that they jumped and then hit water afterwards.
Very fair point. I see what you mean!
Honestly, maybe steve isn't a big fan of caves, and he doesn't like being in closed, dark places, and probably hallucinates noises due to fear
I like the idea that it’s in his head
Cave sounds Scares the sh*t out of me
yeah! they're super scary...
Yeah this makes sense!!

It's so consistent in my world that these sounds play almost unerringly near certain structures
Cave 1 = Mineshaft near player
Cave 2 = geode near
Cave 3 = air straight ahead
Cave 4 = huge cave
Cave 5 = huge cave top, long drop below
Cave 6 = aquifer near
Cave 16 = massive water near
ooooo
My thoughts are the footsteps are the wardens. He tries to run away, while running, he sees endermen, but keeps on running. he almost sees day, but the wardens speed is to amazing. He gets pulled away and then murdered.
Whattttt
There Is A Theory Of The Cave_14.ogg,which Says Its A Creeper’s Breath, also if you put it in Spectro You Will Get A Creeper’s Face.
Yoooo that’s true! I made a short about it!
This one might need to be revisited one more time because of the tricky trails now have 3 new cave sounds
Yeah! It’s freaky for sure
@@sockaloupe especially one that sounds like something is laughing
I'd like to think the meaning of the Cave Sounds is to add a feeling of mystery to Minecraft, by all means, we're not really supposed to know what's making the sounds, because it just makes the game feel more mysterious. That being said, when they were added to the game, there was a story known as "White Eyes" that was arguably the ancestor of the famous "Herobrine" creepypasta. That doesn't mean the sounds relate to him though, but there's probably some theory that makes that claim.
fair fair
I always found the train whistle sound to be the scariest
indeed
Really cool vid, deserves more views
Thanks so much (:
Every time I hear caves sounds I want to uninstall Minecraft and never touch it again
wow, i came across this very late and i realised that I gave my opinions a few years ago on my theory. i think with the minecart theory, a creeper blew up the area, then chaos ensued
i still kind of think it was mainly a crash, but your theory could also be true (also i still dont fully believe if the sounds are in actual order, but maybe they are idk)
I think there were three survivors, steve, the guy from disc 11 (who dies to an enderman later after escaping the crash), and i think if there was an incident with the track and its collapsed, one miner fell deep into the deep dark (disc 5). so steves really looking at a lot of trauma
i liked the revised video, keep the content up
Thanks so much! Yeah, it’s a loose mystery.
@@sockaloupe I definitely believe it is a creeper, because right around the impact a creeper's face is present in the spectrogram, that feels like it cannot just be randomly placed.
what i think cave sounds are made
1.minecraft whistle
2.ghost humming when sees someone
3.minecart traveling and broken whistle
4.roar from nowhere?!
5.bell being ringed
6.furnace minecart sound
7. random gong
8.blaze in a cave
9.???
10.screeching
11.minecart passing by
12.???
13.same as cave sound 10
14.creeper becuz spectrogram
15.???
16.minecart tumbeling
17.minecart crash
18.same as cave sound 16
19. endermen?!?!?!?!
yes! i love this
red stoners are cool, but then you see us green stoners
nah green stoners ain’t got nothin on yellowstoners
@@sockaloupe true but we dont talk about purple stoners
oooo dude now im scared
@@sockaloupe lol
Whenever i hear a cave sound i just imagine a dumbass zombie tripping over a minecart and dropping it off a cliff
LMAOOO you're brave
Yeah!!!
I think that Steve was in the the railroad clasp and it the cave making him remember
Oooo I like that idea!
@@sockaloupenah Steve got ptsd
The creepy sounds in Minecraft caves are actually cave Dwellers STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEIR TERRIFYING it is actually a Minecraft creepypasta and it's a mod but you can still encounter one without the mod be careful they are extremely hostile when you hear the sound that means they are near you which is why these sounds occur in Minecraft.
I think it’s much simpler than this
Since Minecraft has a lot of kids they just put these scary things in to just scare them into doing something
True! It is just fun to theorize (:
Maybe 2 of the miners managed to break before they fell into the collapsed pit of the tragedy. One of them which could have been the miner from the disks could have been trying to look for an escape out of the mineshaft, which ultimately died to the enderman. The coughing we hear could also be because of his condition from being in the caves while trying to find an exit. And the other could have taken a different way and had lost everything and that person could have became the player. That could explain why we hear these sounds because of the trauma the player experienced from that event and could be hallucinations.
Yeah! True!
This is all the enderman sounds reversed in a certain order.
“Hello"
“Can you hear me?"
"You messed up"
"Can you..."
"Hear"
“ME”
“CAN"
"YOU"
"HEAR"
"MEEEEE!”
Shocking ain’t it?
And sound 14 could be a creeper about to explode and 15 is the explosion
Or the same thing as I said about the 1:45 mark. It also could be the Minecart track collapsing because of a creeper. The splashing is a survivor and they exit the water
Ooooo this could be true! I like this idea
Fyi running cave14 through a spectrogram draws a creeper face
Yes!! So cool
One of these cave sounds looks cool when put into the spectrogram.
I believe its sound 14! Super cool!
Maybe the Creeper heard in the disks caused the rail way to collapse, thus causing the miner to accidentally look at the endermen and running
Also the splashing sounds could be some dead miners or minecarts hitting the water
hmmmm maybe!
Wait 19 disks and 19 cave sounds 🧐
@@mc21756 why the sad face ?
I always believed they had nothing to do with each other. I always thought that they were all just ghostly echoes of people that never came out of the caves.
I always assumed the villagers had some relation to it. Like the one's you see are the ones left after 90% of them were wiped out.
I like that idea!
But the real question is: who or what wiped them out
Herobrine is known for using wolves to scare players, that explains the dog bark at the end of the Disk 11.
oooooo thats interesting!
I'm hoping that miner just threw his audio recorder at the Enderman and ran...
LMAO maybe!
Imagine they made disc 13 a cave sound
They probably could!
Andddd the discs were originally music he used to listen to with the other miners
So steve destroyed it hoping it would make him feel better but every time he puts it on hes reminded of the incident bc thats his trauma 😳
Woahhhh dude this idea goes so hard :D
So, with the theory that minecraft is just a dream of a miner, your minecart collapse theory is making a really sad pucture.
Steve got into the collapse with other miners, and is now lying unconscious, dying.
And sounds in the game are his "flashbacks", as his mind cannot just move on after this disaster
Now that would be super freaky
Woahhhh
music disc 11 and 13 are scary by themselves but ad music disc 5 or what ever the name of that one you can make with disc fragments
Yeah!
Maybe disc 11 was after the crash and the explosion were the minecarts exploding
could be!
I am excited for nether audient sounds
They’re so cool! Probably my favorite ones.
Cave 14 is the breathing of a creeper which blew up causing the collapse
i think that's possible!
my theory: maybe the second explosion could be an minecart that was packed with tnt for mining reasons crashes and a torch falls inside it exploding it and the person in disc 11 could have survived both explosions and its passing through the fumes of the explosion trying to get out of the cave with his map or maybe looking at an anotation on a book and finds and an strange creature (could be an endermen or another mob) and tries to outrun it but maybe stumbles and falls and gets killed thats why the disc 11 is broken
it very well could be!
My other theory is that when you place disc 5,13 and 11 in a specific order u get something like a audio of some people going in a cave and and trying to escape "something" my theory is that maybe these players are the people that made the warden biome and the giant portal thing and once they opened the giant portal a flood of wardens came out and killed them
Ooooo spooky idea
I think the silly sound at the end of cave 19 is the creature that caused the rail to collapse, idk tho
It could be! I never thought about that...
here is a theory: disc 13 is supposed to be caves sounds i think, and the caves sounds were the main sounds in the minecart travesty. to play the proper miner story, you need 11 and 13, so i think the miner was happening at the same time as the minecart, just further away. the miner couldve escaped from the minecart, but was injured, but when trying to escape outside and get medical help, he looked at an enderman and got murdered by it
i like this idea!
@@sockaloupe here's a part two that includes disc 5: instead of getting murdered, the miner continued on to his journey. but he's still being chased, he's running through this caved, and there's light at the end! after passing some gravel, he finds an occupied ancient city with people. that's where it ends just put the rest of disc 5 in there
I’m watching this at like 8:25AM
NOOOO
We just got new cave sounds
I just found this out! that's so cool. I'll have to make a new short about them or something haha
I hear the Minecraft cave sounds but i don't go in the caves my character would be outside or be in a building that i made in Minecraft it happens when i play on my Xbox and they play a lot of times except when i play Minecraft on the PS4 it's pretty rare to hear them
Yeah, they play based on an algorithm so there’s a chance you just won’t hear them as much.
@@sockaloupe huh thanks for the information
I think the rail collapse is more accurate but what if a miner out of a cart tending to buisiness/ mining saw a creeper and ran but the creeper detonated just out of reach of the guy and messed up a bridge and he was running to warn the miners in a mine cart hence the bells/ brakes
True!
