loved the video! really helpfull but whenever I try to check the zebras on my camera display I can't see them, not at 72% or at 103% it doesn´t matter the lighting I have I cannot see them, any advice??
@@augustarda playing around with the camera I realized that the zebra display turns off every time I move some settings, so in my case I just needed to turn it on every time I shoot!! hope this helps :D
Great tutorial, I have a question. SInce you switch the color mode to ITU709 Matrix. Does that mean there's no need to use Color Space Transform and just grade it like Rec 709? What is your color grading process in Resolve?
I would like to know how you do your audio and make it great with your HyperX Mic... because I had that mic before and the audio was not this good now I have the Samson Q2U and it's supposed to be a better mic but yet, I'm not satisfied with the way it sounds. Can you direct me to a video for audio??? Thanks. Next video .
Hey! Thank you so much! I honeslty don't do a lot with the audio, just do basic vocal channel in Davinci Fairlight, and tiny bit EQ adjustments, I can definetely do a quick video about it in the next week, just to show that, but other than that, I don't do much to it! I'll try to do a video on the topic and reply to you with that too :)
My problem is that every time I use Slog2 or Slog3, the colors on the screen keep changing. I'm not sure if it's because of the 8-bit Sony ZV-E10 or something else. So, when it changes, I'm not sure if it's due to the ISO or something else. 😢
If you mean the colors on the ZV-E10 screen, that is not a problem, you can turn on gamma display assist and it will show you how it would look in Rec709. But in general that is not a problem, as soon as you turn that SLog gamma into the normal Rec709 in your editing program, everything will look normal :)
@@augustarda Thanks for your reply. I will try to check the settings on my camera later. I'm also worried because I'm afraid my camera might be damaged or something.
@@augustarda sir I am planning to buy this camera only for Instagram reels , could you please tell me that kit lens is enough for Instagram reels or should I upgrade ?
Take a shot every time I say “cinematic”
Hey man, keep going with your channel, you're doing really good! I'm proud of you :)
Thank you so so much!!! I truly appreciate that :)
thanks man i just subscribed😊😊😊 by the way i was the one that asked for picture profile
Awesome! Thanks 🤩
hey, where did you get the plastic cover for the hot shoe (seen at 4:29)? did it come with the camera? mine didn´t have it
Mine didn't have it, either which is definitely a shame. I got it off of Amazon just a generic cold shoe cover, I'll paste a link!

I too have the same issue for the past two weeks! I don’t know what’s wrong but I also read a couple more comments that has the issue 🤷

Hey, thanks! You still need to use it. But now your color space is REC709, and your gamma is SLog2 :)

@BoyWithPlans how does it look on Davinci with CST?
Hi, how did you color the video?
Hi! I use DaVinci and Cineprint16 power grade, here is a link to my tutorial
ua-cam.com/video/4747zAZyc08/v-deo.html
Had to return the zv e10 because it overheats after 30m outdoors in the shade (even with settings high and other hacks)
Oh that’s interesting. What frame rate are you filming at? What are the conditions? Honestly I still haven’t had an issue with the overheating.
Hello there, I truly enjoyed what app we’re using on the iPad ?
Hey, thanks so much :)) I was using the Monitor+ App on the iPad
Is 72 good for cinetone too?
I believe S-Cinetone is around 60-65 percent for faces. But I highly encourage you to do a couple of test shots with it :)
what monitor is that
That’s the iPad with the Monitor+ app
Many thanks, kindly link the video from Gerard Undone... So that we can use as reference too
Added it to the description now! Thanks :)
