i was turned on to and started listening to U2 with the October album and have listened to them ever since. listen to Boy or October and skip to All That You Can't Leave Behind and all in between. they all sound like U2 albums but, this band grew and matured so much and so well! i am one of those who could never pick a favorite band because i have like, twenty favorite bands. U2 is, for sure, in that 20!
U2.. One of the best REAL bands out there if not the absolute best. It is always nice to listen to something other than all the new crap that they call music today.. U2 i love u ;D
Dude who knows what happens when you pass away. Me I cant say im atheist or say im a believer but me too I have lost people who I cared about and I do wish to see them again too. They may be gone but not forgotten. Im very sorry for your loss dude.

I know not everyone is HUGE U2 fanatics but if you just listen to the lyrics and here the sincereness in Bono (Paul Hewson's) voice it really is a heart touching song when you know the reason for the creation of the song :-) It talks so much about the truth and how it does feel going through the horrible, nasty illness of Cancer :-( But then the ending reminds us that Yes it is sad and heart breaking to loose someone close but we will get on but never, ever forget :-) I Love U2 !
