Thanks, good video! I did my posts page like instructed but the header is different from my other pages. The links are there but I have an image behind the links and it disappeared. Any idea how to get it back there? And how to get the header menu also to a single post page?

appearance, customize, blog, single post, choose a blog layout (I like full width contained), and below what, pick a left or right sidebar under sidebar options

I don’t think the free astra has 3 column. You would have to not set the post page, but make a page, use a plug-in with 3 column posts widget (like spectra) then make it your home or your blog page in the menu (but don’t tell your wordpress it is your blog page because then it will override your page and insert the 1 column astra blog page)
