I'm more surprised that we never get to see the extent of his power. He doesn't even break a sweat when he one shot Another Decade and Decade Complete 21 (Zi O vs Decade Special).

Personally, the way I interpret Kuuga’s Rising Mighty Kick in the show is that it’s definitely powerful, but sometimes, he’ll finish off a Gurongi with the same kick and it doesn’t produce an explosion anywhere near as large as what we saw in episode 30. The best explanation I can give is that the Gurongi he fought at the time knew he was going to die, and instead of fighting against his cracking belt and the energy flowing through him, he channeled it all into the Amadam inside it and unleashed the massive explosion, it’s why he practically taunts Kuuga to finish him off so he can get that last resort power boost.
Perhaps but there was also that one gurongi he chased on beat chaser 2000 and finished that one with an equally large explosion if not larger. That one was with the rising mighty form too.
Rewatching Kuuga, I can confirm that all Rising Mighty kick actually cause massive explosions. The only times it doesn't is when the kick mark disappears due to Gurongi's being stronger than him. Even Rising Titan, Rising Dragon and Rising Pegasus cause massive explosions (even though it's not as big as Rising Mighty). The only exception is the first time Kuuga use Rising Titan to kill one of the Gurongi since the explosion is really small. Even with Rising Pegasus and Rising Titan, they purposefully make the Gurongi explode far away from everything like ocean or sky (but you can definitely see those explosions is pretty big) so Kuuga didn't think too much about collateral damage until he use Rising Mighty.
Just notice the death of Go group members before Kuuga showed his nuke kick didnt explode on land...they explode on air and sea so the police and kuuga himself doesnt notice the power of the explosion. After that all Go group members died on ground and cause large explosions

But it made the bittersweet ending of Blade and their efforts pointless as it was fixed by a teenager that wanted to become a king and bunch of time criminals.

I'am Kuuga Fans.. but i admit. explosion comes from Grongi belt malfunction. Grongi power comes from the belt, Grongi get "powerup" when the lady rose touch the belt with golden nail or something. when Kuuga kick or hurt Grongi badly, thats will leave mark and cracking the body until the belt broken. (like Undead belt) and when the Belt broken, thats will explode. the stronger power in the Belt, will cause bigger explosion.. for evidence, thanks to Daguva could kill Ultimate Bat grongi when in human form.. because if he kill him in Grongi form, i think it will be same explosion thats comes from Grongi defeated by Amazing Mighty kick.. and a lot of body count of Grongi found died in human form because Daguva feel bored.. Daguva die when he back to human form.. and dont forget when clone Mushrom Grongi died, after got Kick from Kuuga, the mark just cracking until the body disintergrated. I think what contains the blast radius of the Rising Mighty Kick is the target itself. Gurongi are incredibly durable and each succeeding monster type just gets more and more durable requiring a high output of power to defeat them. The 110 Tonnes of power meant to kill a Gurongi is focused into the destruction of the Gurongis body with quite a bit of overlapping power. Other seasons such as Blade and Fourze utilize different methods to avoid mass destruction to Japanese property. The Undead are instead weakened by the finishers so their belts open allowing for a reseal, and Zodiarts after achieving Last One are separated from the human body allowing for the body to go unscathed while a Horoscopes emits incredible energy must be either absorbed by the Meteor Storm Switch or sent to space where the explosion affects no one.

That was Kuuga in his Growing form, the weakest of his forms. So he obviously needed to hit the Grongi a few times just to kill it.

Connor Tessier I liked Rising Ultimate, and it’s possible for Godai to achieve it after the series ended. Oh wait, he did in Wizard’s finale. Hell, Godai could control Rising Ultimate, and even Super Rising Ultimate better than Onodera.
