you should've used tiles on the wall that is attached to the kitchen instead of having it painted. That wall will be covered with grease from day one
He's selling them, so he doesn't need to do that. The people buying them will likely put their own touch on the property
@@lukesimmonds9264 of course he needed to do that, its the whole point of renovating a property. No buyer would be bothered to spend some more money and buy tiles and hire workers redoing that wall

its mad how prices on property are different due to location, the price of that 2 bed flat around my area/ country can buy you a 3-4 bed house with drive and garage haha. Enjoying these vids!

Also, bit of a random question, but in your opinion, if you had £1-200k would you use it for property development/flipping or renting property? keen to know what factors you consider and why
Ash Dharmakirthi If it was me Personlly if you find a House Which You Can flip I would buy then sell for more E.g my friend bought house for £450k Abandon 4 Floor house/mansion and around £250k of renovation Still not complete! (I can Send before and After) and now has value of over £1.5million after 1 year .
Where as with £200k If you can manage Getting 3x2 bedroom houses You can make around £1200 a month passive income. Which end of year is £14400
The council would not allow the extension to go up to the top floor. Only a 3 story extension. Difficult to flip with that money but possible if you buy a flat for a 100-150k then do it up or add a bedroom and sell for more. Otherwise buying 3 or 4 £200k flats with the money and a mortgage is not a bad income stream

How much did this project cost you all in all and what profit are you looking out of each flat? I know you get trade price on most of your kitchens and bathrooms, I’m a trainee plumber and thinking about getting into property development as a side business, I can do all my plumbing and heating so that will save me a couple of thousand.

Awesome stuff. Really want to get into this. I was always under the impression you are best to do as much work as you can yourself to make a profit but obviously not?
That is the case in the early stages of maybe one project but I can’t multiple projects building work myself

If splitting 3 Floors into 3 houses/owners will you need 3 boilers for the kitchen.
Yes separated boilers for each separate self contained unit.

Congrats on the dumbest comment I’ve had on my UA-cam channel so far. Can clearly see the consumer unit I just didn’t switch it on as my builder needed it off to do some work as I was filming that section. Got nothing better to do that sit and watch my videos and comment..must be a fun life
