Will the time vary if we use tricolor quiona? Because when I cooked it (another method) the white ones had turned to mush but the black quinoa still had a bite to it Thanks
Great question! I think it’s worth trying the same with tricolour, if it’s a bit harder than you’d like then quickly put the lid back on (valve shut) and let it stay in a bit longer! I will try to do a video on this too.
