If the mother name is updated as a nominee is epfo before member marriage. And the member has one daughters then who will be the right person to fill claim and in this case company has to file form 2 for nominee change ?

One of my friend's husband died after 3 months marriage. She didn't get chance to change her name after marriage. But her husband add her name as nominee with his name that isn't in any of her documents. She has name with her father name. Now PF officer is saying change name on her documents then only pf pension process can be done. She wants that pension start to her husband's mother and also looking for new marriage. What can be done in this case? Is it really needed to change her name in her documents as she will have to change it again if she does new marriage.

case , as his DOJ in pf was 1/11/2008 & DOE 30/4/2012. nominee wasn't added to account.
he died last month at age 43yrs , which form need to fill. also is it necessary to sign & stamp by company (employer) as its is closed
there is a requirement of minimum 12 months contribution at the time of death and in your case the employee was died on 2012, is there any contribution after 2012 in his PF account ? if yes and he fall under said criteria than you can apply for EDLI otherwise not eligible.

Company deny kare to gazetted officer ke sign many honge
Gazetted officer ki sign ae ho sakta hai.. Lekin legal heir certificate ki required hoga.

But employer marked date of exit as 17/04/2021. But if I login the date of exit is not shown . The edli claim is rejected . What can I do?
First of all, update correct date of exit and than reapply for EDLI claim.

She can aaply and state that her husband was hospitalized.
Attached his last pay slip, medical bills n certificate, esic hospital admission request letter and death certificate.

I lost my son in law in covid. There is no nominee in his EPF. Family members are wife, two daughters and one son, all the childrens are minor. His mother is also alive. No any other legal heir is there. Please guide me:
1.whether his mother will also be considered as family member.
2.He was expired on 11.6.21. What is the provisions of interest payment after death.
3.if pension is payable, from which date pension will be paid.
4.Succession certificate is required or not?
5. If family wants to continue the account. What are the provisions.

Hi sir, my husband started in that company in june 2019 and expired on 5/5/2021. His last contribution was done by employer in April 2021. Since, he was hospitalized in April month we didn't received his monthly pay and he expired on the first week of May. I tried to claim through online. But, it's not allowing to proceed since, profile picture is not upload. Does he is eligible for EDLI. And procedure to claim. Bcoz, employer is not responding.

It is because of employer has updated the exit date but u dont nèed to login. U can directly apply for EDLI
