This. This is what I'd like to see, detailed but not overkill. Design is still tame and modest with no unnecessary sharp pointy parts here and there, faithful to how a gp02 should look, modernized to today's standards. While I am still thinking that the motors are deemed unecessary (personal preference), the rest of the kit is definitely a threat level to bandai's laziness. Price is subjective, but for a kit like this, it's definitely worth the bucks you spent. Really glad I jumped the gun to preorder. Go get 'em solomon, amaze us with your next project. I'll be supporting as long as the engineering and the quality is to be kept consistently.
very much this! alot of the 3rd party kits have gone the way of the Eclipse Gundam with the spikes and dramatic lines lol. Hopefully Solomon could give us more of the GP series (would kill for a GP00!)

they provided dummy parts to fill in the blanks if u didnt want to use the motors 9:47. i do feel that the pins are too long. some dude with clumsy fingers are going to get the pins bent for sure

I believe that if they don't add the motor gimmick, price would be lower and affordable (for some people the price still matter, and I can't consider this one 'cheap' either). What I know is that the electronics would degrade overtime, and people like me just display the finished kit in a fixed pose and rarely plays with it. If some customizers/builders really want to add lighting and motor gimmicks, I think they would do a more mindblowing work than the included ones. But on the positive side (as there is no negatives for this kit and this is just purely my personal opinion), maybe solomon just wanted to give an easy access to motorized gimmicks, as it's rarely found on prebuilt kits and not easy to make oneself. Props to them for the work.

There is no way Bandai would spend the money or effort to make a PG/MGEX grade of GP02, so fans of GP02 should be grateful for this even if it is not licensed.

I hope they'll never get quashed like Dragon Momoko. I already have this on pre-order, can't wait for their next projects.

That's what happens when your company has the drive to innovate and compete, doesn't get lazy, and doesn't have to cut corners to constantly make *even more money* than the year before to make shareholders happy. Engineers work on things they WANT to work on, and there is no demand-from-the-top pushing them to cut corners at every turn to make deadlines or margins. And as a result, they do better work overall.
And if the multi billion dollar company Bandai would make something like this, it would be an UltraMGEX priced at 200-300 dollars in Japan, upwards of 400 in the west
glad i grabbed this one, fingers crossed it ends up getting shipped too... the kit looks solid and i hope it wont be too destructive/difficult to wire your own green led for the head with aux power as the one it comes with is indeed dim and once again those pesky batteries...
Because bandai is stupid, ignoring alot of kits that need 2.0. If bandai is lazy, better licence the IP to 3rd party Chinese company, Chinese modelkot technology is the same or mybe better then bandai technology.
What I like about this company is, they make the kit from a plamo fan, for a fan...not like bandai nowadays, all they care is about money...premium there, premium here, ...back to their colonial mindset

I mean come on think about it with the amount of attention this 3rd party MG Gunpla kit is getting on UA-cam. Its only a matter of time before Bandai takes notice.😅
I wish Solomon Model makes the rest of the GP series from 0083....Heck if they can do this for other mobile suits like the DOM or RX93 or even the Sazabi please continue
I was kinda disappointed with the beam saber effect since most bootleg companies tends to make extra effects to sell, and just basing it off the pic alone. but the innerframe, open hatch, joint lock, bazooka gimmick mann im soo glad i preordered this.

Yes, according to others, the plastic is pretty fragile compared to Bandai’s. So some of them may be broken due to the transportation

If bandai makes this it wouldn’t even been a MGEX, the amount of gimmicks in this thing would be easily slapped in the PGU line with 500+usd price tag
The only thing that this needs is leds in the thrusters, cockpit and all set.

淘寶有幾間付款人數都200多 但是賣的東西都不多 且都說2月初會貨 感覺很可疑又很想買 請問先付款如果店鋪不見應該可以申請退款吧？有大神知道這樣會有什麼風險嗎？😢
现在都是炒家在上面翻炒，如果要买，尽量选择信誉在2皇冠以上的。见到1-5心信誉或者1-3钻信誉，还是尽量不要去买。况且也不会绝版。
淘宝购买还是比较有保障，但不要相信所谓的“全款预售”，“先确定收货”再等发货，这样在淘宝上也是违规的。
淘宝预定如果店铺信誉低的话是会有跑店风险的，MGSD自由预购的时候就有贴吧老哥预定的店跑店了。现在淘宝预定肯定会拖到你自动收货后的，这个时候你就不能通过订单退款了。但是你可以打浙江省12315消费者协会投诉淘宝平台，我之前就通过这个方法退回了预定款。就像上面那位老哥说的预定一定要找一个开店时间长信誉高的店，不要谈便宜找信誉低的新店。不过这款产品现在原价已经买不到了，我10号左右预定的店被砍单了。现在基本加价到370~400左右了，年前厂家搞骚操作要割一波胶佬的韭菜。不着急就等年后慢慢买吧。全款预定只有某些产品可以。比如如果你想买摩动核的产品，在X11旗舰店用全款预定还是有保证的。当然这也只是特例，能不全款尽量还是不要全款预定。而且预定产品记得把手机号隐私关了，不然补款的时候会收不到短信。
不要在小店拍！！！尤其是那种全店都是预售，没有现货的那种，那种店铺就是骗子开的。因为他的保证金可能就1000块，但是他可以骗走上万块。淘宝到时候也管不了。他们直接关店跑路
