University Park is a beautiful town, and it's ranked as the #2 suburb in Dallas to live. That being said, it's also the 2nd or 3rd most expensive town to live in, but the location is definitely worth it! From the shopping, to the amazing homes, to the prime location and the secluded feel, University Park is definitely a place to consider, especially if you have a family. Let's take a look at this stunning town today!
First off, University Park is a lot like Highland Park, but a little less expensive on the homes. The median home value is close to $1.2 million instead of $1.5 million, like in Highland Park. You'll find a good variety of homes here, and if you're really looking for a deal, you may even be able find a home under a million dollars (although, it might be a bit of a fixer upper). More inventory is starting to come on the market, but with the market being as hot as it is right now, you'll definitely want to hop on a deal fast if you see something that interests you here. University Park is definitely in high demand.
