Turiya or Turiyam ( literally in sanskrit it means the 4th) is the another name for consciousness which is equally present in all the three states mentioned above infact all the three states they don't have their real existence of their own apart from consciousness... It is consciousness itself which appears in all the different states ... And that consciousness (Brahman) is none other than you (The real you not the person)

We are Allways Here and Now, We move our day-consciousness, thru five 'night-bodies', during night, Feelings-, Intelligence-, Intuition-, Memory-, and Instinct-, before awaking in the Gravity-body, physical in the morning.
It is the same when 'We die', just much longer time in the above-physical bodies.
We are all ways at the top of our eternal travel/development.

First of all 100 thumbs up and 100 bow down to this ALMIGHTY though he will stop you in your first attempt, this man is not an attention seeker! Second I bet majority of the audiences were already daydreaming, he's beyond deepness.He could see it through most of audeiences and decided to make it short, if needed he could go on on. The doctors didn't really feel much pleasant because he was their doctor!

Yes, he did explain. Actualy he said that drugs that do anaesthesia do not change the consciousness they just change brain frequency that will disconnect brain with memory block that one identifies with and that is why one no longer experiences the world through inentity because identity is based on memory and awakeness and awearness of this memory and that is certain body and mind connected together. For example if human body connects with mind of animal it will act as animal. So the task for human is to leave the identity of animal and exchange it for identity as human to the full potential and that is called human evolutiuonal process and it is determined on the level of consciousness or in other words energy potential so the very life energy in one self will determin the level of consciousness and that will determin the kind of identity that means when morelife enrgy runs through a certain human he/she will be more human than animal. Simply selfishness it product of low life energy and means that human acts like an animal even though he uses human language and mind and body and informations. is it more clear? *Mandukya Upanishad* explains this very well. *Advaita Vedanta* - _"I am That"_ is based on the concepts explained in the video. *Gaudapada's Karika* is one of the guiding principles for Shankara's Advaita Vedanta.
One of the good thing is we do not have to _"Believe"_ these things. _We can experience_ these with the help of meditation and with the guidance of right Guru. Even some Guru's can transfer these experience as a grace to the disciple.
*Quantum Physics* explains the consciousnesses same way as Sadhguru explains at end of the session. But, since Quantum Physics is theoretical physics, many Physicists do not accept it. But, Einstein's Local Realism Theory has been disapproved in the experiments recently.

For all the people who didn't understand what sadhguru tried to make you understand by telling the bubble story. Relate the bubble with human body or your body. What he means is there is space inside our body but when we are dead and burned into ashes. The space which was inside of us adds up to the space outside of us.(space means the space between your eyes and anything you look at,) Consciousness is the space.

So it’s like the ultimate consciousness is the infinite expanse of the universe across time and space and we can use our minds with input from our bodies to experience the universal consciousness.
I found this thought so liberating. As individuals we are so possessive about everything including thoughts; this dish is from my state; this word is coined from my mother tongue; these thoughts were first thought of by people from my state. We all want to be well-known and remembered by our future generations. We want to go down in people’s memories and that’s really sad because memories are skewed This thought may liberate me from that desire of forging skewed memories. Because the ‘real’ history lies beyond what’s told and what’s written and what’s remembered.

Surprised he did not elaborate a little more on Awareness: the fact that we can SEE ourselves right here and Now reading these lines, the first level of Consciousness. Also loved when he said that Consciousness is nobody's property and that with the arrival of AI, it's a good time to explore beyond our state of Wakefulness.
