I find my cough fluctuates a little before my period, if it's just a day or two, maybe that's it. Still amazing to see you working in the yard, so much energy for all the baking and cooking and cleaning, and laughing without coughing!! Those are my "tests" for myself, so hopefully a little extra cough here and there is not worrisome for you. ♥️

Cheyenne Pepper Solution works wonderfully....my Hubby mixes it in everytime!!! Your correct it DOESN'T hurt the Birds but DOES discourage the Squirrels

I named a neighborhood squirrel ‘Scoville’. I’m a hot pepper aficionado. I enjoy a range of peppers with Scoville Heat Units up to 2 million. Apparently, so did one neighborhood squirrel. Sure, after it gorged on a few of the coveted, yet thoroughly coated sunflower seeds- it would run back to the notch of the tree trunk and rub its face all over the branch, desperately trying to wipe off the hot pepper as it groomed itself vigorously. A few minutes later, Scoville would scurry back over to the bird feeder and repeat the entire process. None of the other squirrels dared go near the feeder. After testing an assortment of hot peppers to add to the mixture, I named the squirrel Scoville. Good luck!

Mary, I bought Cole’s Flaming Squirrel Seed Sauce from Amazon. Birds like the taste and squirrels don’t. You mix it with your bird seed to keep squirrels away. I always read questions & reviews before I buy anything and majority were positive.
If you feed your birds sunflower seeds and let the squirrels feed too before long you will have sunflowers growing EVERYWHERE. Squirrels are the best planters

I love buttermilk! My grandma used to make fried cornbread patties. They were kind of hard. I would crumble them up in my glass of buttermilk. Mmmm, so good. She also told me that they had a cow when my dad was growing up. He hated fresh milk. So grandma always let him have the buttermilk. I think it has something to do with the butter process. I didn't really understand. But the buttermilk was good!
As a bird owner: Cayenne Pepper is used to help birds to be 'calm' after they have been injured, had a bad night fright etc. Just be careful of the quantity you use, all the wild birdies might end up snoozing on Peter's nice dirt patch!

We make french bread and we place the bread on the pan we are cooking it on to rise. That eliminates the need to transfer 😀. Have fun baking!!!!
