Nice one Andy, I love the way you explained where to find Oysters that would help even an amateur to find it pretty easy my friend! Thanks and keep it up! I love your content.
@@Andysfishing Hey Andy found your channel a few days ago and must say thoroughly enjoy the videos. I saw one where you came to Georgia in the U.S. would love to see you come fish our coast. I'm mostly a live bait fisherman but after watching some tips on lures going to give some a shot and one day plan on heading to Australia for some Coral trout and barramundi any way keep the videos coming.
Hey buddy, once again watching from Tennessee, U.S.A. Hope everything's doing better in the land down under! Gotta say, been watching for years and gotta tell you man you're my absolute favorite UA-cam personality/channel. Everything you create is gold. Keep living life!
Yes please shore and jetty fishing! Wonderful to see you out. We are still in lockdown in our area of the States. Watching these videos makes me feel like I’m there too
It’s a nice surprise to be up at 4am Singapore time and see your video. Been almost 2 months of no outdoor time so watching your videos have been a pleasure. Thank you 🤙🏽
Love how you love what you do. If you ever come to south Africa I can show you awesome places. Bean following you for a long time and will continue. Keap loving it.
I love watching foraging videos, andy, foraging for oysters, periwinkles, abalone, all of it, and river ones too like crayfishing or mudcrabbing would be amazing!
Love the video. Can't wait for your boat get fixed so you can start some boat fishing again. You can do a 2 night trip with catch and cook.Bring the crab pots if you can and cook some crab cakes together with fish.Bring the shrimp net to 😀
Il be honest. I don't always get to watch your videos immediately when the notification pops up. But when I do I enjoy them thoroughly. Your videos inspired me to start doing catch and cooks on my channel with my son's and they love it too. Keep up the good work Andy. Your content keeps me going during lockdown while our beaches are closed
I may be in the minority, but honestly some of your on foot adventures are my favourites. Just seeing the random critters you find around you, little creeks and ponds. Love your content Ando.
Really inventive oven Andy. What a neat episode. Thankfully I have finally been able to get out and got some nice lobster, scallops and fish over the last week.
@@Andysfishing Come for a wander down vic way and I'll show you some good spots. Best time for scallops is around Christmas when they are full of roe and the meat is bigger.
Another great vid mate. The blow torch oven was awesome to watch. I love making things work and adapting things to suit my needs when camping and fiahing. Maybe some good pier or beach/walking fishing videos would be good and hopefully easier/cheaper for you to make. The big over nighters are always my favourite but understandably they are time intensive either way I love your work and even my fiancee loves watching your videos.
“I got pretty big hands” - strong flex in a catch and cook vid mate!😂 You absolutely nailed that mate - only way I’ll eat oysters is if I harvest them. Vid request: you need to put the mrs on to a Barra - prob wrong time of year but at some stage!
I almost got here one the second time we cast lures together, it's a work in progress, but it will happen. I'm the same with oysters, only eat ones i harvest.
I love the small island catch and cook. I've been watchin your videos for a while and I'm from Oklahoma lookin for any tips on beach line or shore fishing. Thanks for the wonderful entertainment sir. Love what you do!
My basics fishing course covers beach and pier/jetty fishing. The link is in each new video description. ⬇️ My intermediate course later this year will cover more lure fishing on boats.
Hi Andy , love these type of beach combing foraging videos we also get to have a great look around your beaches I also love that side of vids , I’m the other side of the globe in the uk so enjoying all your content , fantastic stuff thanks my good man 👍
Hey man I know you're still rocking with vids but I appreciate your channel so much. My favorite by far and I'm not even Australian! I've watched every vid so when I go to sleep at night sometimes I put me on. Been watching since I was 15-16
Usually I'm just along for the ride, but today you got me thinking. A bit of contrast in the channel would be interesting. I'd like to see you do some urban fishing!
Hey Andy I would love to see an episode where you go shore/jetty fishing somewhere you have never been before! I know that would probably be too hard to film and stuff but I thought I'd ask! I love all your videos anyway, thanks for sharing
Another great vid Andy!. I would like to see you back in the boat targeting spanish mackeral, either trolling hardbodies or pegging a few spoons around, while their in season.....maybe a spanish theme with the cooking segment?!
Hey Awesome Oyster Catch and Cook video Andy !! Keep up the amazing work Andy !! Thanks for the hard work and dedication you put into making these awesome videos for us Andy during these tough times Andy !! I hope your doing well and staying safe Andy !! I can’t wait for the next Catch and Cook video Andy !! Cheers William !!
Awesome Andy loved it. I would like to see a video of land based fishing targeting barra and jacks. In particular areas that are like tidal road crossings or boat ramps. I really would enjoy the concept of fishing a place where you don’t need a boat, but also area where fishos might overlook or pass to get to their fishing destination, not realising that they pass fish to catch fish, if that makes sense. Hope all is well with you and you and you’re family are healthy in these times.
This is the dream lifestyle, I wish I had the extensive knowledge about the outdoors and how to manage finding food like you do. Looks like tons of fun. Not sure how someone learns the ability to do this unless you just grow up doing it
That was cool Andy, neat way to cook them! Would love to see a light shore fish for smaller species & bake them on the beach. Small fish can be fun om very light gear & yum to eat.
What about a week long survival of fishing and foraging off the land. With you and the girlfriend. Like and Island survival. Love your show. Keep up the great work.
Your awsome i first seen you on pondgurus channel years ago fishing at knitsley fishing lakes less that 1 mile from me what a top bloke cand believe youve been in my home town so cool and keep doing what you do top bloke 👍👍👍🍻🍻🍻
Big black lip oysters straight off the rocks can't beat it andy😎👍🏼. I'd love to c u go out live bait fishing would b awesome man but what ever you do I'll b watching ✌️
Hey Andy I'd love to see a sleepy cod. No idea what they are and how to catch them. Just seen them on my size limit chart. Some whiting fishing would be different and tasty. Also a bit random I caught a barred grunter in the Mary River, it was a awesome little fish. Perhaps you could chase some small pretty fish. I do occasionally and peacock gudgeons look amazing.
I love oysters Rockefeller. I've eaten them in dozens of restaurants over the years. Recipes vary but all had some ingredients in common . Your recipe sounds wonderful. I would suggest calling them oysters Andy. Oysters Rockefeller is something of a misnomer.
@@Andysfishing I meant that calling what you made oysters Rockefeller was a bit of a stretch. All props for what looked delicious. Oysters Andy. Yes, the original recipe was a favorite dish of the Rockefellers, thus the name. Love your vids.

The way you tossed the shell(s) over your shoulder - awesome!
That's what you call recycling, ha ha.

Andy really love your adventure style overnight vids with explanations on the bush and animals you encounter
Ingenious way of cooking oysters. Good job and thanks for the video.
One year for Christmas mum and dad gave us 6 kids an oyster knife each, I’ve still got mine 40 years later. Still pick oysters with it now.
You usually dont come out in the rain. This video has a different sort of feel to it with the gloomy rain. I like it.

When you pull the pepper pot out I'm like WOW how much cutlery and condiments does this guy carry :D. Looks amazing, I like the blow torch idea.
