The Constituent Assembly of India was established in 1946 even before India's independence. The purpose of the formation of the Constituent Assembly was to create a democratic nation. The chairman of this assembly was Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is considered to be the creator of the Constitution. At the same time, many women also played a role in the Constituent Assembly along with men. These women not only raised their voice for women's rights, but also contributed to laying the foundation of an inclusive and just society. संविधान सभा 398 सदस्यों में एक मात्र योग्य सदस्य dr भीम राव अंबेडकर ही थे। बाबा साहेब न होते तो इन महिलाओं को कांग्रेस कभी भी संविधान सभा सदस्य बनने न देती। बाबा साहेब ने इन महिलाओं को उनका हक दिलाया।
