This character deserves to be in the comedy vault. Along wit all the other greats like Laurel and Hardy, Charlie Chaplin, Bob Hope, Henning When, Bill Hicks, Jacques Tati etc... and all those others I have never heard of, but I know that there humour crosses the language barrier (even if their words don't).

Frank Spencer is hilarious, especially at the end when gets on the trolley by himself.
