Beautiful cards!!! LOTS of inspiration in this video! I love that the sentiment die on the last card was exactly the piece that was needed without you even planning it. Thanks so much for sharing! 🩷
Perfect cards, Christine. Love your vids and look forward to them every evening after dinner. My husband has his favorite tv shows and I’m bored to death😂. I put on UA-cam and you’re always the first one that pops up!
Thank you Christine. I sat down today to make some cards and messed about for ages, not achieving anything. After dinner, I gave it another go, and made 8-10 birthday cards. Tomorrow I tackle Christmas with a similar idea to your first star card, using Christmas trees. Do wish I had a star like yours. Simply beautiful.
Beautiful inspiration from you as usual! I received my gummiapan advent box and can’t wait for the festivities to begin. Thank you for sharing your lovely creations and inviting us to enjoy your special time
All three cards look great on the Facebook page and you made them in less than a half hour. That is an accomplishment in itself. Got my Gummiapan advent yesterday and I haven't looked yet. So looking forward to those videos with something unique from both you and Gummiapan and a little bit of me too! Thanks for sharing have a great day
What an enjoyable video! Loved watching your ideas and how they always look wonderful, love the three cards you made and the sentiment was made for the last card. Thank you take care.
This was such a fun video. I love listening to your thought process on how you will make the card, and watching you unwrap that giant roll of tape was so funny. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful, my problem with making cards is deciding which direction to start in. There are so many different things you can do to a card...I can't decide!
OH I love your trinitarian approach to Christmas; the cards echo the original story when the three wise men came bearing gifts. What a splendid find from Creative Expressions. I love them all, especially the fabric one and also the embossed smaller die with its multitude of tiny stars. 🌠🌃🌠
I love that star and those little stars you used. All three cards are gorgeous, but the last one of the kraft colored card base and the tablecloth star is my favorite with that "Merry Christmas" sentiment! Hugs, Brenda
The Merry Christmas over the star looked perfect. I liked the scalloped strip too, but I wondered if you had made it wider by putting the die with the holes in it down the center and the scallops on either side.
The two white cards are absolutely gorgeous and although I'm not normally a lover of kraft cardstock I do love what you did with this one and the merry christmas definitely finished it off nicely. I was giggling when you got that new roll of tape out - it was huge! Thank you Christine and have a beautiful day.
I mix eyeshadow or mica powder with bees wax polish which works brilliantly, I tried it with glue and hand cream but it was nowhere as good as the bees wax and it keeps forever !
I was looking the other day at clearance items on Craft Stash and I noticed this star then, and it does look extremely pretty on all the cards Chrissie and makes quick cards too, which is always useful when time is short. Thank you for some great ideas, and for showing us how you think on your feet and change your tack when something isn't quite what you want. Some people would edit those bits out but you own it which is great. x
Thanks Pat, just as a matter of interest, if you visit Craft Stash after seeing something that I have used from there, it would help me if you could go via a link I put in the description of my videos. I'm glad you enjoy my videos... warts and all!🤣🤣🤣
This was a great video - I have to have these dies. And what is that container yiu have your border dies what a great storage container for these types of dies.‼️😊
Love your cards. All are gorgeous. Have you ever thought of re-rolling some of that foam tape onto the empty roll? So you don't have to deal with the huge one.
Love these cards, especially the one using Kraft card. Is there a different name for these dies which emboss only? Whatever I Google all I seem to get are instructions on how to emboss your existing dies or where to buy embossing folders 😩
Lovely, and so much less convoluted than the Christmas cards I seem to be making right now! Did you get the Gummiapan holiday set dies again this year? Mine just arrived, but I enjoyed seeing what you did with them last year.
Hello Christine!, i would like to know the container you store your dies in. Much better than stacking in a bin. Enjoy watching you, you are very creative. I'm in FT.LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA
I bought this star die when it first came out and it has been used every year since. I do like the simplicity of the first card and think I will make a few like this this year although I might have a little more colour behind as backing for the star. I am sure I am not the only one who answered your question towards the end when you asked about placing the sentiment!!!! It struck me that you could wind some of the new foam tape roll round the original inner to make it easier for you to cut short lengths…..would it work?
I love your ideas & beautiful cards. The only suggestion I have is that you might keep your working area clear of everything other than the step in the process that you're working on. The present area is so cluttered with so much stuff that it's sometimes difficult to follow exactly what step you're taking because there's so much stuff (card scraps, tools, glue, etc.) in the viewing area. I really do love your creative ideas!
If you have seen the video of my craft room, you might understand why my work space looks as it does. I have SO little space in which to work and no surfaces to put things down onto.☹️
I know what you mean, Christine, i have same problem but I'm not vlogging. I agree it is really hard to see what you are doing. Can you just move the camera a bit as the actual card is off the bottom of the screen. Lovely cards though.
@@pamelaselway6669 I use my phone to do the filming, which is held in a goose necked clamp attached to a shelf above and in front of me. From my seat I can't see what the camera is actually shooting. I try to position it carefully before beginning, but sometimes because of my lack of space I stray out of shot! I'm sorry!
Chrissie..... I was shouting at the screen just now. Great cards, but in my opinion, you needed more contrast for the background of the last card. Try a white background or emboss the whole front of the card. And that roll of foam tape made me laugh.....i wonder how long it will last you 😂. I must say that looking at your die box i have quite a few of the same ones, especially the sizzix ones
The craft card base had me scratching my head as I hadn't thought what I would do with it and wanting to be fairly quick, gave me a few problems. Given more time I think I may have thought of something different, but in the end the sentiment I made the other day helped me out!
It's good that you think on your feet sometimes. Some craft videos I watch are just so precise/planned. Whilst I enjoy these too yours shows what it's like to be a like one of us. And you were using up leftovers and that's always good. Can't wait to see what you get up to tomorrow 😊
Beautiful as always. ❤️I’ve been wanting to ask about copyrights. What is/isn’t permissible if one is using branded stamps/dies for use on cards for sale? Thank you!
I found a website that explains the angel policy but each time I posted here it was taken off. If you Google feltmagnet hopefully you will get it. Although the first part goes into detail the end of it has a chart listing different craft company's angel policy
Christine, I love the stunning beauty of your cards. Thanks so much for the great video. ❤😊
You are so welcome!
Hi Christine 🥰🙏🌹
I too, look forward to your videos. You do seem to be in a hurry though! Please relax & take your time. Lovely cards! 🦘🦘🦘☀️
Sadly I had other things to do.. not in my craft room… but wanted to get a video done! Maybe why I seemed rushed! Thank
Beautiful trio of stars, so simple and clever. 🏴🇳🇿
Thanks so much. It's a great die isn't it!❤️❤️❤️
Great looking cards. I’m inspired as always❣️🇺🇸
That's wonderful😊😊😊

Wow that sounds like quite a session! I have another Star that I may try to make a few cards with too!😊😊😊
Lovely Christmas cards💕
Thanks so much!
Beautiful cards love the die and the desk vacuum. Christmas present to myself i think. 😂Xx Alison
Go for it! The little vacuum is fab😄
Beautiful, all of them!!! ❤❤❤

Hi Chris, lovely cards as always ,less is more I say, thanks for lovely demo 😁
You’re welcome 😊
Beautiful cards! ❤
Glad you like them!
Lovely cards Christine
Thank You❤️❤️❤️
I loved your working surface....looks much like mine when I'm being creative.
Love the cards as well.
Oh thank you!
All three cards are lovely, classy !
Thanks so much!❤️❤️❤️
Wow these are lovely.
Thanks so much 😊
Simply elegant!🥰
Thanks 🤎🤍🤎
Beautiful as always. Need to purchase simple die shapes. Most of mine, though cute have nany fiddly pieces. Very time consuming. TFS❤️💚
I think there's a place for both kinds!😊😊😊
3 gorgeous cards!
Thanks so much!💛💛💛
After watching this fabulous video, the star die dropped into my basket! Oops!! Thank you again x
I wonder how that happened? Strange isn't it!😄😄😄
Love the simplicity of those cards, I would have put the shimmery paper the last card, maybe. I do love shine on cards. Jenny 😊❤
It's great that what I do spurs you into thinking what you would do, I guess you call that inspiration!😀
Lovely. ❤
❤️❤️❤️
Spectacular! x
Thanks🤍🤎🤍

I Love the embossing dies! I don’t have any of those…YET!😅
There don't seem to be lots available but I love the ones I have!😊
This was such a fun video. I love listening to your thought process on how you will make the card, and watching you unwrap that giant roll of tape was so funny. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it! The roll is a big one isn't it!🤣🤣🤣
Simple. Same die, but you get a variety of cards. Nifty ideas, Chris. TFS. From Cheryl in AZ
Thanks Cheryl🤍🤎🤍
Love your cards, such a good die
I bought another star I think, but I'm not sure where I put that one! I'll have a look tomorrow! 🤔
Oh my that die is lovely and your ability to see how it can be used is awesome. I do so love my afternoon with Christine - Thank you as always
My pleasure Viki❤️❤️❤️
Such pretty cards, I'm sure I have a die I could use in a similar way, even if it's not a star, must have a look... Nicola x
I think it's great when I spark ideas in the heads of others! Thank you❤️

Lovely cards again. ❤ What about some lovely gold splatter on the craft card with gold ink or paint as an option?
There are lots of possibilities! 😊😊😊

Love your cards. All are gorgeous. Have you ever thought of re-rolling some of that foam tape onto the empty roll? So you don't have to deal with the huge one.
I think I'd find that even more frustrating than trying to use the large roll!🤣🤣🤣 I use so much, it will reduce in size reasonably quickly.
Love these cards, especially the one using Kraft card. Is there a different name for these dies which emboss only? Whatever I Google all I seem to get are instructions on how to emboss your existing dies or where to buy embossing folders 😩
Lovely cards! And that star with the angel is gorgeous. Do you recall where you got it?
Creative Depot!

They are A4 sized rigid plastic document containers which I got on Amazon. They are called Tuff Boxes 😊
