I discovered Samy while looking for ESP Alexi Laiho's tests in early 2022. I was blown away by his game, but above all his positivity. So I discovered Lost Society barely 1 year ago. And his interview reinforces what he already brings out, positivity, concern for others, sharing. I am 44 years old and I have rarely seen musicians as young as Samy with such maturity, he and his group deserve all our attention. Thank you Samy, thank you Lost Society. Now I'm going to work on my scales on the guitar ^^ ... ps sorry for the mistakes, I use a translator

Vidsfor 'What Have I done" I think its called..."112" maybe & "Stiches" is BOMB & Hooky w GREAT attitude, emotion, POWER & Song Anthems. U can tell these Guys pour it out untapped STR8 from the Soul Source. Great fill in for GG6 w Amaranthe on Tour also. Bravo ol chum

Jokes aside, I think I enjoyed this interview more but that was due to Samy's charisma and positive energy. Loved it so much and thank you, Anna, for letting him elaborate and answer your questions properly rather than interrupt/stop him like some people do!

Lost Society came to Montreal (Canada) on Dec. 1st 2017 with Children of Bodom and Carach Angren.. Never heard about them before but DAMN they were great! Can't wait for them to come back! Thanks for the vlog Anna!
Like the previous one, this was a fantastic interview 🤘🤘🤘 Good questions and great answers. This Tuska material seems to be very good, I like it a lot. And at the end, did I hear that there is an album review coming? Now I definitely have to listen their new album in autumn when it comes out ;) And their gig was 🔥, although only managed to see three quarters of it, as it was before one must definitely be there gig for me, so apparently missed the stage diving. But still managed to get caught by the pit and have some fun :) Thanks for great content!

First day Eluveitie, Omnium Gatherum, Ensiferum and Heilung (they had a really enchanting and magical performance), second day Bloodred Hourglass, Insomnium, Denominate, Stam1na, Amorphis and Soilwork, third day Crypric Hatred, Gloryhammer, Stratovarius and Jinjer. Really loved all of their gigs, although I have seen most of them many-many times (first time was Denominate, Crypric Hatred and Gloryhammer). And then bits and pieces of most of the rest, Really, really wanted to see also Atlas, but they were exactly the same time as Jinjer. But will see them hopefully in October in Mikkeli. They are really cool and unique sounding (people even had to invent a new genre called 'northcore' to define their music😀) new band from Tampere, would recommend them, if you are in to a more heavier music. And now I have to apologize like Samy in the interview for a long answer 😆

Facts: Music allows us to express are emotions and feelings in a positive/ productive manner. FACT! I would not be the musician I am today if my life experiences were different, good,bad,sad,losses,happiness all combines to sculp are thoughts and feeling. Another great interview Anna 👏.
Good interview- As to 'crowd surfing" I've caused this in high school "Tommy Conwell & the Young Rumblers" where WE DID like the band, but the lead singer had a bad microphone connection, so he wrapped the mic cord around his arm. So everybody in the front row grabbed the cord, yanked him off the stage, and then crowd-surfed him around the high school gym before returning him to the stage. BUT ya know what is WORSE than being pulled off the stage and 'crowd surfing'? WELL, that's when the opening act doesn't 'click', 'gel' or 'connect' with the audience in a small ~500 seat venue. "HELLO ... eh - where are we tonight?.... Just bad to see a lead singer trying too hard and losing the audience. What's worse *(well, BEST in this story) is when the lead singer of the opening act tries to engage the crowd by doing a stage dive into the crowd - and nobody catches him. WHUMP... (10 seconds later) OW, THAT HURT
There's def some that LOOK like they've passed on, but actually in Witness Protection Program. I hope Chester is among them. Military Tribunal Courts will bring them out to finally Testify at some safe point.

They just play stuff from the last 2 records (absolution and this new one that came out a couple of months ago). Don't expect any more thrash riffs or blast beats. It's mainly for the "new" fans.
Makes no sense, maybe it’s been done before but I’ve never seen a band ditch their older material that got them to where they are now and play strictly new material
