Stockholm is the capital of Sweden. It has the most populous urban area in Sweden as well as in Scandinavia. 1 million people live in the municipality, approximately 1.6 million in the urban area, and 2.4 million in the metropolitan area. Helenelund Pendeltågsstation och Kista Tunnelbanestation are pretty close to each other. Walking distance in between anyway.

One way to understand Krånglig is as the opposite of straight forward. That's also true to the origin of the word, it's related to kringla (kringle, pretzel) - decidedly not straight forward. I think, in addition to complicated, you could say involved. Which means entangled. Like a pretzel! Krångla ~ act up, malfunction (annoyingly rather than dramatically).
Note the difference: krångla is act up etc, but *krångla till* is to make sth complicated.
