I honestly wonder what kind of ppl would buy from carvana… I always look at vehicles, drive test them to feel any engine, transmission and suspension issues, if i find any and i can fix it ill try to negotiate a price from the seller… Buying cars blindly from the internet is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life..
I've felt the same way about them before I bought my car but my problem was I wanted a Polestar 2. The nearest one to me that wasn't carvana was about 520 miles away. My mistake in wanting that particular car bad enough to take a risk and try carvana.
Yeah it seems they weren't bad at one time but now they have gone down hill. I know some people that had good experiences with them but that was a few years ago when I was still in the Air Force.
Im confused, there is not enough detail here. No mentions of when you spoke to them, or how lonf theyve been tryinf to fix this for. They charged you twice for shipping of course youre going to get your refund, if not you can take them to court and win pretty easily. But you can tell this is just a mistake and not a scam.
This isn't the first video about it. The first one does explain how the 2nd charge happened. The 3rd one is where it becomes a trend and no longer a simple mistake on their part.
I did too before buying myself. When I was military I had some friends that had good luck with caravan. It seems after they restructured when near bankruptcy they really have gone down hill
They sale stolen vehicles as well 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ super scam
I heard about that. It affected an US army personnel from my understanding.

Apparently you haven't been keeping up.Because there's people that want to elect trump as the president. That's the dumbest thing i've ever heard
You gotta pester them, dont let it go.
Yes that's what I'm doing now. They claim to be fixing it and I will do a follow up if and when it gets resolved for sure!
My son wanted to get a car from them. After multiple talks about why he should not, he went to a dealership instead.
Seems you made the right decision!
Im in the industry and can confirm they are a wreck. Avoid them all together

This is why charge backs exist
Thank you, was just looking into this place. 🎉
Yeah I'd be careful if thinking about carvana
I think bro is a time traveler and this video was actually made in the 90’s and he was trying to tell us about caravans back then
Make sure to buy Bitcoin in the mid 2000s! 😂😂

I know someone who only buys from carvana and has bought several from them.
