Great round-up of most of the currently available Arkham Files games! I never managed to get into the LCG, but otherwise I even agree with your ranking.
I think the best thing is that the games feed into each other. You grow an attachement to the characters in the different settings and the minis from MoM can be used in the other games.

Thank you! That’s true you can get attached to certain characters and even recognise some monsters or ancient ones and how they operate!
It made me look more into the whole Cthulhu Mythos as well and enjoy the horror more!

Great format, thanks for going through all of them. I've only played 5 of them and my arrangement is slightly different but this is helpful in knowing about the others.

Just what I was looking for! My first AH game was the 3rd edition and took FOREVER with max players. Only won once out of 6 plays. Moved to Eldritch with no more than 3 players. Reasonable playtime and fun. Just bought LCG and I wish I knew about the 2nd edition. Guess it shouldn't matter since I will be playing solo? Just moved so any recommended solo playable games is much appreciated. Cheers.

The card game works better at lower play counts, Eldritch horror I would say 4 or maybe 5 is sweet spot, minimum of 3 players.
These can all be played solo, just some of them require you to use a coupe of characters at once. The LCG is probably the best for solo play! Thanks for watching

There’s an option in the mansions of madness app to restore purchases, that should unlock the scenarios you already bought on the same account

Arkham Horror V2 and V3 are not similar at all. In fact, the greater disservice they made to this game is to call it AH V3. It's a game on its own and it looks and feel like Eldritch and the LCG had a baby they named after a cousin.
So I don't understand why you would say that if you own V2 you shouldn't bother getting V3. The experience and gameplay are so different. They only share the name and background.
I would argue that if you own Pandemic you shouldn't bother getting V3. And I'm not saying it in a bad way since it's an alright game.

I think my experience with Arkham horror 2nd edition was a bad one. I played Eldritch horror first and then Arkham horror LCG and it didn’t quite go very well for me.
I think they have a few similarities I just don’t believe it’s worth owning both.
I feel like AH 2nd is good it’s just the rules are badly written and it’s such a drawn out experience whereas 3rd edition isn’t as long

@@manaburngaming7968 to each their own of course but here is my experience: AH V2 is the first game I bought ever. I hated it with a passion. A few years later I played EH and like it very much. So much that I gave AH another try. And I kind of liked it. Then I replayed it a few times, and I liked it more. Then I added a few expansions and loved it. I think this game need a certain level of commitment to be appreciated. I also own V3 and I think they decided to call it Arkham horror because they wanted the action ti remain in that location but they got rid of all the mechanics while taking some from Eldritch and the LCG. So, no, it’s not a V3 actually since both games are very different. And I get that V2 can disliked at first but it is a good game if someone is willing to invest some time in it.
Not saying you should and not saying you are wrong. Just saying it’s a beast on it own that is replaced by nothing yet (that has the same flavor). Many people who like it rate it very high. And many who don’t will rate it very low. It all depends on the expectations and habits but it’s definitely not a game that everyone should dismiss.
      Take care.

Haven't played v3. Are you able to be compatible with v2?

Unfathomable had only just come out when I was making the video and I haven’t had the chance to play it yet. I really want to though but I know i need a good play group to have a good experience!
