- Have you ever wondered if you can replace a M1 with a KFB? Or if it matters which M1 you use. This video helps clear up those questions and more when substituting increases in knitting. It is the first in a series of videos that discuss lessons learned from a Yarn Shop.
Very good point. Its something i learnt by through being very improvising in my work.
Also, shoot man! where you been??
Usually we learn these lessons with multiple froggings!! Trying to help some not to reinvent the wheel. Thanks for the kind words!

Which method would be good for someone who is a Novice/Intermediate knitter...like me! Your hands were FAST...however, I consider this a great block of instructions...i.e. making me aware of the various INC methods. Will the various patterns dictate what method to use or is it the knitter's call? Thank you.
Darlene, really you want to pay attention to what your pattern calls for. If you are just knitting then you will find the increases that you like best - most beginners really like the knit front back but you are your own unique self! This video was not intending to teach how to do each increase - just thoughts on the differences. I have oodles of videos on how to actually execute the increases so please check them out. And let me know if I can help!
@@handsonknittingcenter1294 I will check them out and THANK YOU so much!
