    Morals of the story:
    1. Be careful how you treat others because you never know who they really are.
    2. Prejudice and racism have no place in society.
    3. When you judge others, it defines your character, not theirs.
    4. Everyone has the right to live wherever they choose, no matter who they are or what they look like.

For housing among other things, it is illegal. If egregious enough can even be arrested and incarcerated. Minimum of 18 months or 10 years at most.

I agree with you, Kanna. If that happens in my country UAE, it's 5 years in prison and/or pay the fine no less than AED 500,000 (($136,000)) and no more than AED 1000,000 (($272,000))

Well said, Shamy. Sadly much of the world's population suffers from racist violence every day and it is time for that to end. As a society, we have a duty to question what we have been implicitly taught and raise awareness so that at some point justice will finally be done. Thank you for your comment, best regards to you. 🤗🤎🌷

This video shows the importance of the American Fair Housing Act, passed in 1968. It was amended and strengthened in 1988. It makes overt discrimination when it comes to housing against the law. Of course it still goes on, but it makes possible multi-million dollar class action lawsuits against those who try to defy the last. The solution to punish the offending realtor in this video was equally ingenious. Once the journalist publishes his article backed up by the recordings, the realtor will be indicted and will lose in court, have to pay millions of dollars in settlement and will probably have to declare bankruptcy and lose her real estate license. Of course this will be years down the road. This video was a refresher course on the history of the AFHA. Thank you for doing this. You guys continue to make significant, educational videos for our world society.

People don't even try to hide their racism. It's formally illegal but no one cares: people think that's completely normal and fair. Lately one of popular rent housing website finally forbid that open discrimination and racists (80% of all "whites") went crazy! I'm one of the visible ethnic minorities so it's almost impossible for me to rent any apartment. It's sucks...

Hi Garry and Team DramatizeMe, great job guys I have a lot of respect for you all and I'm so glad you are bringing awareness to racism which is a big issue in our modern society. Yes! humanity has reached 2023 but unfortunately people are still not treated equally, that's why your instructional videos confronting this main issue are very important as a reminder in a fast movement that can help change our dark thinking and wake up so that eventually we will come to our sences. Garry, your actors are brilliant because they are so convincing and impressive, very impressive indeed. Thanks for an amazing video that I enjoyed watching and my greetings to all the brothers and sisters at DramatizeMe.🙏🙏🙏🙏💓💓💓💓

Thank you very much for your kind words! They motivate us to continue creating content for you. We all have the duty to contribute, even a little, to create awareness, so that in the future, people finally understand that there is only one race; the human race and we all belong to it. Thank you very much for commenting.🤗❤🌹

They can afford the housing, but this was a racial profiling on the landlady's part, denying them because they were black!!! This was the boss's mistake more than her agent's, she was to blame for saying the value wouldn't be stable if the couple got the chance. Karma will bite back soon, everyone will know of this treacherous move and police will arrest the guilty party!!!! Damn it!!!

My brother also had difficulty renting at first. He's Indian. A working professional. Draughtman. I eventually accompanied him. He got the rental easily.
Even in Singapore, a country known to be racially neutral, it can still happen.
He can be the house electrician, plumber, gas-piping tech, air-con serviceman. Advise how to save money by replacing all bulbs with fluorescent-lighting.
In time, well-loved by the home owners.
    People. Put colour aside.
And says who that an Indian cannot have a Chinese brother?
We're not brothers by blood, but brothers by spirit.

That lady deserves to get her realtors license taken away from her and baned from ever getting it back again, also gets such a bad reputation that she won't ever be able to get a high paying job again.
