The people in this comment section saying it's just a mistake totally missed the racism part of this video. Literally both the batista and manager said that they're "sick of immigrants." Also, the barista kept saying the slur out loud as well. Even if it was a mistake from the autocorrect system, I think they should probably just cross it out or correct it with a marker.
Not gonna lie, her holding up the store and blocking other customers demanding an apology is Karen behavior. She could have handled that a little differently.
Well the cashier didn’t help the situation either. She could have just given her a new cup with the correct spelling and given a sincere apology but she didn’t. I can’t help but wonder if it was a white woman customer would she have been so dismissive? Too proud to apologize? That sounds more like a Karen: rude, stubborn and incapable of apologizing properly.
It was not "Karen" behavior. The cashier was the one being a Karen. You can't just expect everyone to tolerate bullshit all the time, you have to call it out sometimes.

In this video, both the barista and the latin customer are equally responsible for the mess caused in the end. I have a very complicated surname & totally understand if other persons from different culture found it hard to spell it. My last name is Jordão which spells "Jor-dawn". So to avoid confusion I often provide my nickname Deddyson or simply "Eddy". At some counters, some even mispell with "Eddi" or "Eddie". I Never hold grudges towards the servers because I totally understand how busy they were to serve their clients & rather gave attention to this sort of errors. On the other hand, the employee shouldn't mistreat her as an immigrant who dont deserve a decent apology. If an apology is what the customer really want, I'd give it to her and move on cos other customers also had the rights to be served...

Last time I was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing, just waiting for the bus driver to arrive to my destination, and a creep came over, sat in front of me and started filming me for absolutely no reason. And sadly it's legal!
While the barista's racist behavior was disgusting, the customer wasn't much better. She doesn't have the right to block the queue and deny service to other customers. And she was out of line pushing the woman and breaking her phone.
If I would post something it will get 1 view in 10 years. That woman who got her name written wrong must be very famous blogger if she got that much post views in one night.
It's often so interesting that the person who's racist or helps the boss with it has a very heavy accent themselves that isn't British or American 😂 Here when she says Ma'am it always sounds like Mom!
Mocking Gabriela in the cafe was wrong, she summoned the manager Mr Lampard to get an apology!!! Scarlett is filming the apology instead of saying it sincerely. Hispanic or other ethnicity are still human, the empathy is lacking, even though the police was called to defuse the situation. Resolution should be in sight , but the racist cashier is still in a sticky situation!! At least the police officer empathized with Gabriela!!! Let's see what happens next!!
If you could see how unwilling the barrista to apologize for her act of insulting the lady, you could see how much unnatural way she put to the social media. This is quite subtle and one need deep discernment to see the further act of the barrista if she was allowed to continue. You know, how much distortion of information it could be if many viewers see and understand that Latin lady in a wrong way. The message sent could be like this lady is over demand and the fault should be all hers. This is how I interpret this barrista act.

This is not racism,
Just a misspelling.
Thanks 🙂. Nicely done ✔️. Keep up the good 👍work 👏.
If I would post something it will get 1 view in 10 years. That woman who got her name written wrong must be very famous blogger if she got that much post views in one night.
It's often so interesting that the person who's racist or helps the boss with it has a very heavy accent themselves that isn't British or American 😂
Here when she says Ma'am it always sounds like Mom!
i love ur videos all full of messages
Unnecessary drama, i never heard of someone being this over dramatic just for misspelling a name.
The customer is too dramatic. Seriously.. Misspelling a name is not such a big deal
Nice video as always and good story.

The power of the internet
Best and addicting content ❤
It's just a mistake in the system it's not that serious move on with your day... your starting to sound like a karen if you keep repeating yourself
She could had boycotted the place
Mocking Gabriela in the cafe was wrong, she summoned the manager Mr Lampard to get an apology!!! Scarlett is filming the apology instead of saying it sincerely. Hispanic or other ethnicity are still human, the empathy is lacking, even though the police was called to defuse the situation. Resolution should be in sight , but the racist cashier is still in a sticky situation!! At least the police officer empathized with Gabriela!!! Let's see what happens next!!
Barista shoud realize if ther were no Latinos there'd be no coffee.
I loved the ending!! 😃✌️
Feel bad for her, she speaks beautifully

If you don't respect the people in your own country whether he is rich or poor or which caste he belong to you won't feel the racism in other countries .
Im happy that they got fired bc they don't deserve to work in a place like that

Racism is definitely not a good thing. But the woman deliberately obstructing other patrons and interfering with a business establishment's operation is definitely a crime.
And action was the best part 😂
When I used to live in California, I went to a restaurant to have lunch. I noticed that I was the only non- Caucasian there. Even though I came in before other people there, they were served before me. I went and played on the piano to calm my nerves. I played the advanced level of Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven by memory. The owner was impressed and friendly. He even offered to pay for my lunch, drink and dessert if I played two more songs. That went well.
Unnecessary drama...
It took THAT long for the cops to show up?! Jesus
0:35 alright I do get the title of this but names get messed up sometimes
Amazing video
