It's definitely not up to you to establish what a "true fan" is, plus the only rule was to not record her with through video because the whole point of it is that she wants to stay anonymous, by recording the audio you're not going against her will, audio recording being forbidden wasn't mentioned anywhere, why would it be? Imagine if you were caught recording and the staff deactivates the Ado box, others who paid a good amount of money and followed the rules would not be able to enjoy the experience due to your selfish conduct.
