Hello friend, for this ecu no, it will need to generate new Eeprom, but for the most part some ecu's are simple as that.they are some makes that needs more work but i will do a video for immobilizer as well, i am not an expert on this field because is somthing that i only do it when i need it,but i thing that my experince is in good level to put a good video together

Sorry I didn't understand your question. Ecm is a software that can modify file's. Now if you're asking me if the ecm titanium recognizes the files that you read with pcm tuner I would say this, I used this tool only for testing and making a few videos I no longer have it ,but comparing the file's from kess clone and this, yes ecm titanium was able to recognize the driver no problem, as long is you using original ecm

PCM tuner is expensive scrap.
Let's say it is a clone tool that does help a little, but yes I will agree that is way to expensive
