    I owned a 95' RM25O way back when it was only a couple years old. Of the dozen or so mx bikes I've personally owned and spent some significant time on, the 95 RM250 was the strongest running. It was extremely quick... and it handled like an overloaded fuel tanker with flat tires. Really, it was incredibly vague in it's handling. I always wondered if the 125 version was like that or if it was any better.

    Seal All will put that carb base manifold gasket back together. Clean it really well, put your Seal All in the split, clean off excess as you close up the splits. Place between vise jaws to keep it both sides parallel.
    24 hours its a new gasket taking some critical torque during carb insertion as well as kinetic energy of jumps and every day riding.

    I wouldn't trust the Premix... i prefer to dump any fuel and Premix it myself to be Safe.... who knows how it was mixed ( what oil used ? ) or how old it is or anything ( water , dirt etc...) not worth the Risk ...

    Has to be the carb. You gas from the tank but that doesn’t mean it makes it to the motor. You have a jet clogged in that carb possibly. A quick way to tell if it’s fuel related is take off the air filter and hold throttle ope and from there shoot carb cleaner inside the carb for one second. Try to start the bike. If it tries to fire then dies it’s fuel related in the carb. If it does not fire then you have something else blocking the gas from getting to the cylinders such as a reed valve on a two stroke. On a 4 stroke it could be the valves in the head keeping it from firing

    The biggest things you need to do when you're working on these projects is get the proper plugs form because those E3 plugs are shit and a lot of stuff isn't made to work off of them they require a higher output to make spark to actually ignite the fuel it might spark when it's on the head like that but when it's under compression it makes a big difference moral of the story is use whatever the bike or four wheeler calls for a good NGK.

    • @williambaker1753
      @williambaker1753 2 роки тому

      You can't beat a NGK plug it's the only plugs I run in my bikes and it has got to be the right plug for the motor. When I was younger I put the wrong size plug in my gocart and the piston hit the plug I got lucky the piston closed the gap on the plug and didn't start
