I trust that since you posted that video, you've learned the "over and under" method of the more traditional roll up of the cord. It avoids the twists that are put into the cord when it is wound in the same direction such as around someone's arm as you showed as the alternative (along with a clamp) around your arm. Works so well for all cord-like things...especially garden hose!!
Yes, double the cord on itself, make a loop about 1 1/2 feet round, and loop it that way. Search on youtube cord daisychain. This one he does here is not the way

Well yeah, but who daisy chains cords with tight azz loops like that? Hands down a daisy chain is the #1 way to wrap cords on any construction site, and if done properly will do N0 harm to cords, cables and even hoses. IMHO

Dude why are the loops so small? By making the loops a little bigger your extension cords will last longer. Try it you'll never go back.
