Oh my god you’re a life savior! I had a botch mechanic cut my fan shroud out and they sell no replacements nor repos for it. I even called GM to ask about it and they said nope!

I'm always learning from your channel so thank you! It also really goes to show how sometimes so much work goes into what might seem like simple parts! 🤘

Nice fan shroud!!! might consider doing a 45 degree cut on both sides of the upper section to meet the lower section. Should reduce a little turbulence and increase the cfm rate through the shroud. Still probably do just fine though.

Good evening my friend....first let me say that you have MAD SKILLS in fabrication! I'd like to know a few things that have been gnawing at my brain. Do you Mig weld or are you using Flux Core? In my mind this will be like driving a bread truck down the road; what is your sound deadening plan? I don't recall seeing a floorplan layout...do you have one? Can you give us a link or rundown? I am wondering if your going to make a "work space" into the design...if not you need to! Lastly, what is your deadline to finish? Thanks for your consideration on these question! One project at a time and you will get there! Chuck.

For best airflow, it should be a copy of the OEM radiator shroud. 👍

As usual I’m fully enjoying another of your incredible videos…just wanted to share to be aware that when the engine torques there may be movements that could cause the fan blades to contact the shroud…I’m sure it will be no problem for you to make “possible” necessary adjustments. May you continue to be Blessed

Thank you for another fantastic video. You do great work as always. Have you ever thought about building a wrecking yard with D.O.T. towing? Be careful Nathan! If your seat malfunctions....Build your floor before you drive!
