I love this. Yes I think they are cute but I love that they don't take themselves too seriously while having serious skills...It's a catchy song and really heavy...They are having so much fun and they aren't ironic ...There no underlying smirking just sheer joy...Give thEM chocolate for God's sake!
Some years ago, Rob Halford, the Metal God, introduced me to BABYMETAL. At that time, I listened to some of their songs, but didn't give them the properly attention. Some months later, UA-cam introduced me to Sakura Yoshida, playing some Judas Priest songs. I watched some of her videos but, as I did with BABYMETAL, I didn't give her the properly attention. Then, eight months ago, stuck at home due to the global pandemic, Sakura Yoshida, with this video, reminded me of BABYMETAL and, with enough time to spare, I could dig in the world of Japanese all-female metal bands, like BAND-MAID, LOVEBITES and HAGANE. Anyway, this is not a great history. It's very personally, actually. But I thought I should come back here and thank, Rob Halford, the Fox God and, especially, Sakura and Uyu for this video. It triggered something in me that has already lasted eight months and that I'm sure it is far to come to an end :D

This is awesome. When I saw this first time, I wondered how precise Uyu knew the dance moves. Then I suddenly found in YT band named Dizzy Metal, a Baby metal cover band. They have performed already a couple of years and there was Uyu covering Sumetal vocals in the band. There are only bootleg videos from them but they are worth watching.
