Oh my heavenly sparkles!!! These are Stunning! I love the idea of using tattoos and you have certainly sparked my enthusiasm…I haven’t used resin or done molds yet, but I have a huge collection of molds and am now ready to get going💥😃. Thanks so much for your inspiration 🤩
The resin I poured into the molds was mixed with a combination of white sparkle mica and some Piñata Blanco Blanco white alcohol ink. So, yes, I poured white resin into the molds.
Wow, those came out amazing!! I have an Acacia Wood tray that I am going to use a Wolf temp tattoo on, this really helped me wrap my mind around how to do it. Thank you for an excellent video!
Thank you!! No, you can’t feel it at all; it’s totally contained or sort of absorbed by the resin. I put a thin layer of clear resin over the bottom of the tray anyway to protect that part and make it look really glass-like.
Don’t do it folks, when it comes out the tattoo is always going to be sticky, it doesn’t work. Best pouring a little resin first then the tattoo. Don’t do this folks, you’ll regret it
Lol!! If you actually watched to the end, you’d hear me say that to finish each piece there needs to be a thin layer of clear resin poured into the flat area of each tray or dish to cover and protect the tattoos. And it’s much easier to do that afterwards than trying to pour a clear layer in beforehand and have it flow down and fill up the rim area of each mold. In fact, I show how easy it is to finish these pieces in this video at about the 5:30 time mark ua-cam.com/video/pE8YneyvfJo/v-deo.html
Looks awesome! I think if u had covered the entire tattoo with that glitter glue it would have been a punch of that Irredessant color ! But I love the way they all turned out..
Thank you!! I was so new to using glitter glue at that point that I was definitely very hesitant to use much. But yes, that would've been great! I actually did this again with a waterslide in a tray mold and used a lot more of the glitter glue around the image. Here's the link if you're interested: ua-cam.com/video/jP3_70X7mJo/v-deo.html

the only time I put the tattoos on after the resin is if there is text to show up correctly and not backward. Otherwise I always apply before resin.

Love love this. When it is finished can you feel the tattoo?
Thank you!! No, you can’t feel it at all; it’s totally contained or sort of absorbed by the resin. I put a thin layer of clear resin over the bottom of the tray anyway to protect that part and make it look really glass-like.
Very ice you have such a steady hand lol
Thank you! It’s funny, but I always feel like I have the shakiest hands when I’m trying to do these projects. Especially when I know the camera’s on.
