    It’s amazing how easy it was to implement your analysis into my swing and strike my every club so much more consistently. My right elbow chicken wing is history.

    This samurai is real deal. His swing is simple but effective and accurate. He is very good beyond just his age.

      why do you think it's simple?

    Collin seems like the Stock Tour Swing poster boy! He checks all the boxes…transition crunch, arm shallowing, wipe, motorcycle move, and arm extension👍

    Awesome breakdown. This is the first time someone really explained what should happen with the left shoulder during the start of the downswing. His initial downswing move looks as if his left shoulder is moving in the opposite direction of the rest of his body and then at some point "sling shotting" through impact and into the follow through.

    Wow what a simple exercise to get the lead arm shallow. Can't wait to try this with my 5i. Lol.

    So hard to layoff the shaft like that....I try so hard to do that in transition... can't get it.

  • @amfohr

    Nice, yeah there is a stretch in left side upper area, no contraction or pull. The pull is more from the lower body taking the upper body along until the lower body braces.

    I didn't understand what you meant when at 5:15 you said this is that really good arm shallowing that can only happen if you're NOT being really active with your arms? Did you say that wrong or are you saying that it has to be "natural" to get that kind of shallowing and you can't get it from actively shallowing your arms?

    • @danielgentsch579
      @danielgentsch579 4 роки тому +2

      He said that correctly. The shallowing is a product of really good lower body rotation and letting his arms go along for the ride. Try leaving your arms at the top of your backswing and rotate with your lower body. The club will naturally lay down and shallow out. When the arms/wrists are relaxed and passive they should get shallow on their own

    his swing is sweet. but what pros really seperate is their ability to repeat and deliver under pressure. it's more a mindset, i guess. also, very good athletes have a natural gift to make their idiosyncrasies work over and over again. and an intuition what tweaks to do when needed. no comparision to amateur players, even if they have a good swing. in the end, it comes down to physical talent and mindset.

    There is 1/4 second from top of BS to Impact. Time for one intention before DS begins.
    ONE THOUGHT: keep right palm facing the sky through impact. That is all she wrote.

      Right hand palm holding a tray at the top of the back swing is the thought I keep.

      @@dtgps You don't want your right palm pointing straight up at impact, unless you're trying to hit a hook around a tree.

      @@Pulse2AM Many think palm up at top of BS and from there, they go palm down to impact... In less than 1/4 second from top of BS to impact there is time for only one intention. Has to be to keep right palm facing the sky.
      Yes the clubface will square up by impact(by turn of body) but it wont happen correctly unless intention from top of BS through impact is to keep right palm facing the sky.

    • @dtgps
      @dtgps 4 роки тому

      @@Pulse2AM right palm facing the sky is the only way Cameron Champ and Collin delay impact so long (Lag). As soon as intent is to HIT the back of the ball the body stops turning.
