Love all your houses! They've been an inspiration for our newly constructed home. One thing I don't like about this one is that the primary bedroom is only separated from the main living space by a door. I like all bedrooms to come off a hall of some sort. But this house is amazing as always.

Nice home. That driveway is way too small to maneuver especially if you have a truck or 2. When building in the woods why wouldn't the great room have big windows for a view?

Another nice looking home Mike! Question - For a finished bonus room (heating/ac, bathroom), is there a huge cost savings if customer chooses to leave bonus room unfinished but have rough plumbing and heating/ac ready, to complete in the future? Hope I phrased it correct.
If you can, I recommend install roughs. less of a mess when the time comes to finish the space. Im sure the trades will charge more being in a completed, furnished, home (More things they have to worry about breaking). Also would hate to remove drywall in finished areas for new connections.

Mike, if you would film your videos as though you were a prospective homeowner entering the home and give the all over view, instead of all this disjointed minutae a viewer might get an overall sense of the home. You go into so much detail that it loses most viewers.
