Yea they used to be common before Mississippi, then they made them rare after that map came out. Its cause a lot of confusion I have noticed

Just now realizing my absolutely stupid mistake, when I first began the game on Layton lake I shot a Cinnamon black bear, I didn't know it was a super rare and accepted the harvest without saving ._.

Congrats crow! Ok so I thought of something. I was gonna zone swap my bears so there was only males in the top left cuz it is the best part of the map for me, but then I thought I could also just do your 2 lakes cuz I have like 4 females and 3 males at them collectively, if I zone swapped the females out then I’d have like 7 male bears to shoot at those 2 lakes. They seem to be pretty on time for me too, and stay at those 2 lakes from my knowledge. Idk if I should go with the top left lakes, or your 2. Any advice? I think both would work well but it depends on which is better. Honestly if I had enough tents I could do both but it might be a little unnecessary.
I have use the 4 lakes technique, look it up its the most efficient way too kill them

so do that pull over to fallow deer also? i have so many 2's on my map now that im down to hunting only 4 zones, the 2s have most of my main zones taken over, i have yet to shoot a 1 or 2 fallow since the update, should i start blasting them?, i already have 3 GO's and 1 super rare from those grinds so i didnt want to mess anything up on GO #4 grind
my only 2 diamond black bear are both fur variants from before they were rare. i have a brown diamond and a max score cinnamon

Hey crow! I have a question and this is also for the community. In a GO grind should i harvest my kills or can i do it without harvesting? I heard multiple things that it increases the spawn rate of the GO but nobody is actually sure about it. I just don’t know if it will lead to any results.
Not accepting is the worst thing you can do. No explanation for it yet but plenty of evidence that it messes up the grind bad

How are you not losing your need zones making more than 3 rifle kills in 1 location?
I mostly bow hunt and can get more than 3 in 1 location but only with the bows, crossbows, and air rifle..
Some animals only have certain locations they can respawn. With these 2 lakes the bears always respawn there for me as the other lakes they could potentially go are full of small males and female bears

I spent hours grinding for a diamond lion and it glitched on me and wouldnt go down. Similar thing happened with level 9 lynx I now mod my levels and I'm having more fun playing.

Im at 2000-2200 Lion killed and still missing a blonde female and both male/female dark brown...I can't imagine how i'd feel if i would go 8000 kills without what i want just like you did,especially with bear - Hunting them during night is depressing
