설탕양을 반으로 줄여도 좀 덜 촉촉하더라도 빵이 나올까요? 수분이 좀 많은 레시피라서
설탕이 단맛도 내주지만 모양, 식감 등등 여러가지에 영향을 주기 때문에 많이 줄이게 될 경우 많이 달라질 것 같아요~
시트에 들어가는 끓인물은 온도 어느정도로 맞춰야 할까용?
90~100도 정도 되는 것 같아요~
