It's great to see you back Greg and feeling well. You have certainly not lost any of your talent and skills during your break. Absolutely awesome! Take care and stay well.
SUPER, SUPER, SUPER, SUPER awesome to see Greg back!!!!!!! Also, SUPER awesome that Greg is well again after not being well!! KILLER Thumpin Thursday, made my day!!
I just bought one of these. The vintage white, which is yellow with white pick guard. Has a very aggressive tone, natural saturation. Awesome instrument for the price.
I haven't heard many people use "For the price" when referring to €1200 guitar. It's usually a term for discussing much cheaper instruments that punch above their weight. For that price tag, it BETTER sound awesome.
@MikeV-f4q High end Squiers are 400-500 quid and are excellent guitars. PRS SE series goes for 500-600 and again, great guitars. Fender Player Series guitars are as gig worthy as anything out there for 700-800. Plenty of amazing guitars out there sub 1K, unless you're a snob.
The fretwork was spot on,looks like the truss rod could take a little adjustment since it was s fresh arrival that day, apparently. I played it as it came out of the box.

Greg is a BEAST on bass.
Probably actually made better than the original 70's CBS Fender article.
Yup that's what i've heard
But apparently the pickups aren't CuNiFe and they got less bite
@@bapt_andthebasses I don't know but if that's the case the pickup upgrade is $250.

What a great lookin’ bass!🎸👍
Love it!
My daily gig bass is a modified late 71 prototype of the 72-79 body style Tele. Thinking of getting one of these cause she’s tired.
Great bass Great playing and that shirt is …Awesome sLAyer….🤙🏼

I want one!
Love this one ! Nice playing !!
Great to hear it played by someone who really knows about those tubby '70s bass sounds... It's not all about the tone knob and the foam...
It is more than a demo. It is a class
Thats definitely surf green guys. Cool demo all the same!
Great sounding, great looking, great playing from master Greg. AND a shout out to Paul Samwell-Smith!
Nice. I have a 1973 telecaster bass and It's great to have an affordable one available.
Coatsy !!!
nobody talks about the quality control of this basses , how frets are rounded and so on, maybe they are perfect in that way ?

Good sound. I was afraid with the pickup location it would sound like a Gibson. Mud bucker sound as Norm puts it
Greg is the john paul jones of norms
Too kind my friend!!!
Welcome back! You sold me but I’m ordering the other color.
Nice playing 👍
Greg rules!
A beautiful bass.
Would have liked to hear more tones from the first five frets though......

i had a 72 tele bass they still sound like a fart in a bath tub lol :)
Is surf green or sea foam green??? Thanx
Sound like hoffner cross with a pbass
Surf Green
There was never a P Bass back in the day.
There was always a Precision Bass.
Is that not surf green rather than seafoam green?
I think on the sticker it actually said sea foam green,I’d have to double check that…

I don't understand why most of these channels never set up their guitars before they demo them
